Came home last night to a garage door that wouldn't open and being new to the area had no idea who to call. Did a quick search on Google and found Precision, read a few reviews and decided to call in the morning. They were out within two hours of me calling. I received a text with a photo of Joshua, my technician, immediately and Joshua called a few minutes before arriving. Quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote and completed the repairs. Great service, fair pricing and Joshua was great. I made sure that a new sticker went on the garage door interior so I have their number for next time. Won't be calling anywhere else!

A fine organization comprised of spiffing ladies and gents. Very much appreciated the timely, hard-working, skillful qualities of Josh, who was extremely friendly as well! A winning combination!

Last night, after the car was in the garage, a large spring broke sounding like a huge bang. I thought someone had run into the overhead door, it was that loud. Afterwards, the opener no longer worked and I could not get the large door open. Having to work the following morning, I never imagined that I could find a service company available before 10 am. Jason arrived about 8:30 am and was finished about an hour later in time for me to leave for work. He was extremely thorough and thoughtful, went over every detail before he began his work and there were no surprises. This company has an A+ rating with the MN BBB and I can understand why. I highly recommend.

Josh was a pleasure to have fix the bottom seal on our garage door. He was super friendly and informative. He also told me about a free special that I didn’t know about. He straightened out part of the door that had been damaged and told me that the door was basically in good shape and won’t need to be replaced for a long time. Our garage door is now in better working order than it has ever been since we moved in. Thanks Josh!!

Devon was friendly and answered all my questions. He explained what likely caused my problem and how he would fix it. Did a good job of climbing around a truck blocking half the garage door taking care not to damage vehicle. Would recommend this company and to anyone in a jamb with their garage door. Then sit back and hope they send you Devon!

Very professionally run company. Communication is superb, along with a picture of your technician on the way, and letting you know they are on the way. Would recommend them to anyone, and would use them if needed again without hesitation.
