My door broke sunday night and was able to call and schedule an appointment for monday morning. Every step of the process was very easy and professional. They send emais with confirmation and you recieve an email with a picture of your tech so you know who to expect at your door. Mike G. was on time and did an assesment of the door and what needed to be completed. He was very profesional,knowledga le and polite. He completed the repairs in under an hour. I woukd definately recommend them for any garage door issue.

We had a garage door spring fail early in the evening, I called Precision right away and they were able to schedule me for first thing the next morning. I got a call and a text when they were on their way and they showed up in the time window I was given. Upon arriving I got a detailed report of the overall status of the garage door and a breakdown of the estimate to repair. Great service with a lifetime warranty on the replaced parts! Would absolutely recommend Precision Garage Door Twin Cities to anyone who needs a garage repair.

Were able to get to me next day. Great service but a bit more expensive than I was hoping and heard others experienced for broken spring elsewhere had been. Wasn’t able to shop around as I needed it fixed and they could get to me quickest. Did an excellent job fixing my issue. Alex was on time, polite, and knowledgeable.

When the job was done Chad took the time to program all remotes even for my other door and explained all the features of my new garage door opener.

Had an with my garage door opening not functioning properly. I called precision garage door at the recommendation of a friend. James came to my house Saturday afternoon to look at the issue. He explained what he would do, which was to take a look at the opener and figure out what the issue was. And, he would then let me know what the solution was. In about 15 minutes he explained the problem with the opener, which was easily fixed. And also pointed out that a couple of the wires had lost their plastic coating and the copper was exposed. And he would fix those too. He quoted me a very reasonable price, and proceeded to complete the work. He fixed the issue. Titan bolts on the door. Did some oiling of some of the hinges and coils, and gave it an overall checkup. The opener is approximately 30 years old, and now works like it was brand new. Thank you James for doing such a great job.

Jameson was fantastic to work with! A weatherseal was since ours had come off with the ice and previously wasn’t bolted to the door. The safety sensors were re-aligned since we did not have them where they should be. Our garage door was put back on track along with providing new torsion cables, because it had come off due to the harsh winter weather conditions. Jameson provided detailed estimates, provided a safety expecting with pictures, and everything actually turned out cheaper than I was expecting. Based on Jameson’s level of service with this appt, I would highly recommend him & Precision for any garage door needs.

He is VERY knowledgeable on all things garage door. He answered all of our questions. We walked away with a lot more knowledge and a fixed and even better than before garage door. It took him a total of about hour to fix the door. I felt confident in his abilities to do work and he left me feeling like I can trust his work and this business. 5 year warranty on his work too. I highly recommend.
