Called the morning of May 9th 2023 and asked the female receptionist if they could replace a garage door and she said, “no.” Asked if I had the right number and she said, “yes.” Asked why she was only giving me rude, unprofessional one word responses and she continued to be rude and inconsiderate and pushed thousands of dollars out the door. I just completed a bathroom remodel, wanted to complete this home project with a new garage door. Won’t be doing it with them thanks to the person answering their phones and ensuring customers take their business elsewhere. I would not have a person like that welcoming new customers to my business or place of service a day longer.
I am sorry for your negative experience in calling on us regarding your upcoming project. I was able to listen to the brief call and will make sure we use this feedback to help us improve. Our Customer Service Representative was correct, however, in letting you know that we are not a Contractor and thus do not modify the framing of your home to change the size of opening to fit your garage door into. Once that framing is completed though, we would be happy to come out, measure and order the door to fit your needs. We do offer free on-site door estimates and back our products with the best warranties available should you decide to give us another chance to earn your business. We had two new overhead doors installed 5/4/23 and the installer, Donny, was outstanding! He was efficient in dismantling the old doors, which were quite heavy, and then preparing the openings for the new doors. He was also efficient during installation taking less time than we expected. But more importantly, the doors worked to perfection after his hard work. Zero problems after several days of use. He advised on the proper maintenance and exhibited his expertise throughout. We are glad that Donny was our installer. And by the way, two different neighbors walked over in the following couple days and asked to see what the garage interior looked like from the inside. We had windows installed on the new doors. The daylight is wonderful with no need to turn on lights for most things. The neighbors were impressed with the quality of the doors and of the expert installation. Good job Precision, good job by Donny! Jim J

Hello, we had a spring on our garage door break last night. I called first thing in the morning for service. The receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. She was able to book a time between 8-10 am. I was soon notified that Chad would be arriving soon. He showed up a little after 8:00, showed me what had happened, and provided me a detailed listing of what he recommended, as well as the total cost. He was able to quickly fix all issues, and was gone by 9:30-9:44. I can’t thank you enough for the quick response, as well as the excellent work Chad provided! Thanks!

I was able to get an appointment scheduled right away through the website; it was a very simple process. The technician Jonathan came out promptly at the scheduled time, and walked me through the garage door inspection and made it very easy to understand. He also taught me easy routine maintenance that I can do to extend the life of the garage door. That is going above and beyond, in my opinion. The work was completed within an hour. I would not hesitate to work with Precision again for my garage door repair needs.
