this is the second time I have used precision and have been very happy with the service both times. Chad responded to a same day request and arrived within an hour of my call, had all the necessary parts in his truck and reviewed the cost of each task clearly allowing me to choose those I needed most. he and his team were polite and seemed genuinely thankful for my business - unusual in this day and time.

Brian is absolutely the best!! Our garage spring broke late on Friday afternoon and yet Brian arrived Saturday exactly at the time we were given. He was so professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Brian gave us options and didn't pressure us to make decisions. He went above and beyond to install electronic eyes that addressed the issues he noticed and we discussed. Had an on time technician come to my home. Was very thorough and walk me through the steps and options for the problem I was having on my garage door. Door was repaired but cost was extremely high Tech-Chad came out and repaired door -around 5 hundred Door worked- figured ok needed it done Four days later power outage in area due to storm,tried to open door manually- would not work called and got another tech Bret he came out and could not get it to operate manually.He tried many things but with Little success- I lost it - he worked on it but still no success so he proposed that for $500.00 he would send another Tech the following day to fix it Next day Chad shows up and fixes door for $500.00 So for $1000.00 dollars, I get my door fixed—— Question. What did Chad do in 1st repair that caused the door to not open manually. Was attempted repair measures done during Bert’s work cause higher cost to get door operable. I have heard good reviews about Prescision but this doesn’t sound like good business practices
Thank you for letting us know of your experience. I'm sorry it is less than stellar, but letting us know is valuable as it helps us improve. We have had a chance to look over this situation and do see that on our first visit that many items were causing issues in our Condition Report and and estimate was given to address all of the issues, yet the repair authorized only addressed part of the problem. The next visit was from our Manager, who tried to make it work, but the rest of the repairs were necessary as well. We are sorry that you are not happy with the way this all worked out, but hope that you are happy with the end result. Overall good experience. I came home from vacation to find my garage door had a broken spring. I called PGD and they had someone at my house within 20 minutes of me calling. Brian was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Additionally while he was onsite we had him replace our old opener and do general service on the door. He gave us great options and didnt pressure us into anything. He also gave us a quote to replace a smaller old back garage door which we agreed to and booked. A few days later a tech came to replace that door. This install felt rushed as there were several problems once he was finished. The wiring to the wall was sloppy, he clipped and exposed an electric wire that he informed me of (PGD did send an electrician to fix this), and mainly the door would not close all of the way on one side. The tech told me it was due to a board that was part of the framing on the door and that the first tech should have been ware of this???(Feels like that should have been addressed before we had an entirely new system installed). Nonetheless, I called and another tech came out a few days later to address these concerns. He cleaned up the wiring and fixed the issue with the new door. Overall I would recommend them, and have two working garage doors that I am happy with for a good price That said, I had a better experience with service and maintenance than I did a new install.
