Got an appointment scheduled same day and technician was right on time and took care of the problem promptly along with checking and lubricating our other openers too. Chris S. (Sales) was friendly and helped pick out options for what was needed. Donovan (installer) was quiet but very knowledgeable and professional whenever we had a question. Both were on time and courteous. We needed a new door installed and possibly the control box. Turns out the control box was just jammed up and easily fixed (saving money). I'd use them again if needed.

Got quote right away. Technician was able to come out next day but did not complete job on same day. I had to call company to alert them the job was not complete. The technician was able to return the next week at which time he was able to complete the job, however once he left the safety light sensors turned off and his supervisor had to return to the job to replace the wiring. Overall the job wasn't done how it was promised and then I had to be the one to call that it wasn't completed correctly. Overall fast responses but not the quality that I saw from other reviews or what I was promised from the sales person.

My garage door was lying on top of my car. The tech, Jameson, arrived early, assessed the problems, and went to work as soon as another tech, Chad, could join him due to the weight of the door. They very carefully removed the door in sections and caused no further damage to my car which surprisingly had little damage, a tiny scratch in the paint where it landed. Jameson and Chad did an outstanding job of cleaning up and preparing the area for a new door, motor, and hardware to be installed this week. Punctual arrival within 2 hours was wonderful. I feared my car would be trapped for days. This is the second time I have called Precision Door Service, and I continue to sing the employees praises.

Came out within 24 hours on a weekend. Bryan Bergstrom went through eveything regarding new springs for my garage door. Not pushy at all. I was very happy with his work and expertise.

Jonathan; he came; he saw; he told us what our options were and gave us good advice. Ours was a peculiar problem of a previously installed overhead garage opener placed in sideways. So we followed his advice and had an electrical outlet installed to accommodate a side garage door opener. Once we called Precision Garage Door we were set up for installation the next. Jonathan was back promptly the next day and installed our new garage door opener. He gave us a class on the operation and care and handling. Jonathan did a fantastic job Installation.
