Scheduling was easy (the dispatcher was able to get me an appointment on the same day) and the technician Alex was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, on time and did a fantastic job with the installation. I lost my garage door opener and had high anxiety that someone would find it and access my home. I called last night at 11pm and Brian Bergstrom came by today at noon. He helped me program new remotes and even discovered a need to change cables on my garage door that would have lead to mechanical failure in the future. Our garage door Spring broke on a Friday night and we had a car stuck in the garage. I scheduled a repair for Saturday While a lot of other door repair companies were closed. James Magaard arrived on schedule assessed the problem and gave me options. I had also been thinking about replacing my old garage door opener with a new one with wi-fi capability and he had 3 of them on the truck to choose from. James was very professional and not pushy. He even helped me program my new opener to the buttons in my car! I highly recommend this company.
