Amazing! We got them through a home warranty and called literally within 30 seconds of making the claim. They were great about communication and making us feel safe with having work done on/in our home. Our technician, Devon, was so courteous (took his shoes off when going through the house to get to the garage door. I didn't even ask and that just spoke volumes to me), kind, and relayed information in a way that was easy to understand. He worked hard and efficiently and got it working in no time! They were pleasant and easy to work with and I would recommend them 10/10 times. Thank you!

Devon was our repair person. We had broken springs and was going out of town at 2:30pm. Devon showed up on time and told him we had a plane to catch. He said he would work as fast as he could and will do it right so we could catch our flight. He got it done perfectly and made our flight. Had off to Precision Garage Door for Hiring this person. 5 Star rating - It was very reassuring to call for service as door down & unable to lift up & I needed to be in for cataract surgery by 8:00 AM next morning. Technician came promptly, called stating he was on his way. He was very pleasant, explained exactly what he was doing, fixed it, showed us parts replaced, etc. Very satisfied with the service and efficient, pleasant young technician.

The rep was very competent and courteous. I would recommend less aftershave. I have an extreme reaction to perfumes, aftershaves, etc. my throat gets irate do and I start to cough. Not his problem, mine but nonetheless just thought I would mention it. Also, last fall Tom came to fix the cables on my door, told me my door was in bad shape and said a comparable door would cost about $850. Imagine my surprise to order a new one today for $1300+. It is what it is. I'm sure my new door will be fabulous. Just sayin.

Quick response and the tech, Devon was great. But the price for the 25 minute repair was ridiculously high. $160 for two 2 cables and 2 brackets - at Home Depot $20 $50 labor for lube & tune - sprayed door hinges that took 30 seconds $200 labor to reset door and rewind cables - took 25 minutes including setup & cleanup So as a retiree I just paid the tech over $500 per hour to fix my door and that's just not right. I know there's some experience involved here but still? What ever happened to simple, fair time & material pricing? Sorry but can't justify calling you again.

Precision did an excellent job replacing broken springs and installed new cables and end bearings. Their technician arrived on time and completed his repair very efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. It was great that they offered a same day service. Devon came out to service my garage door. In 15 minutes he had diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He also explained the issue in easy to understand terms and told me what steps to take if the problem happened again. Very impressed with Devon and everyone I had contact with at Precision Door.

The Repair was more than I anticipated but Devon and his partner did a very good job with the work they performed. They were on time, quick with their work and I think the door is working better than it ever has. Hopefully it lasts a long time which I think it will because they were very through with what they inspected and worked on.
