Had Precisian Garage out for problems with my garage door. The technician as very knowledgeable, explained the issue and all my options. I decided to go with the opener replacement. Very professional installation, I chose the opener withthee app for my phone and camera. The technician was very patient with me and covered in detail how to use it. Heard about Precision Door on Garage Logic and all the testimonials on how they go above and beyond. Here’s mine!! Called Precision around 1030a regarding a door repair - they had an opening the same day!! Had a text by 130p that Service Tech Adam was in route. He diagnosed the issue, had the materials on his truck and completed the repair in less than 45 min. Was very nice and personable too!! Price was more than fair for the same day service and no extra charge!!

Adam M. showed up as scheduled. Was courteous and on time. Knowledgeable and seemed to really care about solving my problem. Did online research and came up with a solution that will hopefully solve my issue. Was very thorough and provided a series of options depending on budget or concerns. Adam is good at his job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. Employees like him are tough to find.

Thank you to Garage Logic for the great recommendation of Precision Garage Door! We had a heavy, 2-door with a snapped cable that prevented the door from closing. It happened on a Saturday. I went online and booked appointment for Monday 12-2pm with Adam. He arrived early and had everything fixed within 1 hour. He put in new cable, switched some rollers out and installed parts that won't rust, which is what we definitely needed. Thanks Precision, job well done!

Upon arrival, I explained to the professional service attendant that I was only interested in a garage door opener as I could not afford anything more being a senior citizen on very limited income. He proceeded with his inspection and give me a quote of $900. I again explained to him that is not what I wanted. He said the cheapest garage door opener was $750 and that they could not guarantee the work if I did not do the entire quoted job. I do not understand why he wasted my time and his and charged me $85 to do so. I would not recommend this company. My son-in-law replaced the opener for $150, chamberlain model. He is a mechanic and said there was nothing else needed. It’s been running very smoothly.

First I’ll say that everyone I spoke with to inquire for a garage door spring repair were all very friendly. Adam the technician who came to my home was very friendly and very detailed with giving me the overview of his findings for the repair, which I found helpful. However the price I was quoted was almost twice that of other companies I had spoken with, felt he was trying to upsell me on other items (new ballbearing and rollers) that weren’t really necessary. I decided not to go with this company so can’t truly rate their product/service. They may have superior products, I really can’t say since I didn’t use their service, but their cost was substantially higher than others.

Went above and beyond the call of duty. Arrived early which was nice and got the job done real quick. I was impressed. Also, very pleased with the way the company operates, sending a picture of the service technician so I know who to expect. I reached out to them around 2am in the morning and someone contacted me at 2am in the morning setting up an appointment. Nice to know there are still businesses out here that do business the right way. Yes, I would recommend.

I originally called your company for two reasons. 1) to get a small issue fixed and, 2) to continue my search for a better garage door repair company. The small but irritating issue was resolved quickly. I was then informed of two preventive maintenance or upgrades that he could do immediately that no other company, out of the many I have tried, ever suggested. I didn't hesitate to go ahead with those. It is good to finally see that someone has taken the garage door repair business seriously.
