Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Twin Cities!! First time customer here and from the very first phone call I was very impressed! I had options for service same day next day and the following day. I was not expecting to have options on a weekend but I got them. Everything happened as I was informed it would. Adam notified us when he was on his way to our property and gave an ETA! Adam arrived a few minutes earlier than he estimated. He performed all services thoroughly and within the 2-hour time frame that was estimated. I was very satisfied with the assessment of our garage door systems, the detail of photos taken, and most importantly that there was no pressure to do any upgrades or suggested replacements. Adam did a great job to share the information about each component and likelihood of how long each would tend to last if not replaced. I am very happy with the speed of service, the quality of the replacement parts, and feel that we got our monies worth! Adam has perfect customer service skills, friendly, polite, and efficient. I was impressed at how quickly he collected all trash and how respectful he was to our cramped garage. Very respectful of property and time. It was a pleasure doing business with PGDTC!!

Your tech Adam was great he explained the necessity and the inability to fix our old garage door opener and the need for a new one without being pushy. He explained all three options I had and price points for the new openers and the advantages of each. I decided on the lift master model with the MyQ app. Once the installation was completed he thoroughly went over the programming process. Adam was great to work with.

Adam did a great job. He is very personable and easy to talk to. He explained everything very clearly. His time estimate to complete the work was right on. And he showed me exactly what he had done when he finished. Our garage door works perfectly now.

I called Precision with an issue I was having with the garage door and they were out the next day. Adam, the technician, was great. Very professional with excellent suggestions. He had everything that he needed with him. He was quick and efficient, and explained everything after he was done. I can't really comment on their pricing, as I did not get other quotes and don't really have a good grasp on these costs. Of course today everything is more than we expect, but they seem reasonable and I was happy to get everything taken care of so quickly and professionally. That is worth a lot.

Excellent service - very prompt despite it being in early morning. Our technician (Adam) was able to explain the problem, detailed the solution and necessary repair/replacement and the cost. From start to finish it took less than an hour. While I hope to not have any more garage problems, if I do - will definitely call Precision.

I have had an issue with my garage door that would only occur at very cold temperatures. Adam came out and did an inspection and safety audit. I had him make his recommended repairs and the garage doors work great! Now, that it is very cold currently, I am happy to note that I am not experiencing my earlier issue. Thank you, Adam!
