It took a month for Precision to get a certificate of insurance as required by my association. I had a make a second call to get the install scheduled. My appointment arrival was suppose to be between 12-2. They arrived at 3:30 the door is installed but they did not bring the motor. Now I have to wait to schedule another appointment to install the motor.

The initial installation was great and everything worked well. However 3 years into service we had to recently replace the door torsion springs. The two springs cost me half of what I spent on the entire door installation. We are not heavy users of the garage door. We have a side door we use a lot by passing opening the entire garage door for small tasks. The repair person was great and they were able fit me in within a couple hours after the springs snapped.

Great customer service and my technician was beyond helpful, patient, and knowledgeable on garage work. The only reason for not giving 5 * is because they quoted me a price which included a $50 off coupon but the dispatch failed to listen to me and my issue with a “single” spring replacement…the details of the coupon was for a double spring. Also, I felt they really were trying to upsell me so be cautious when considering all your options for replacing items on your garage door. Lastly, getting a technician same day was wonderful! I would recommend Precision!

After my first 1 star review, that was about the cost of the quote that I was given. I received a call from Bret and discussed the reasoning for my price issue. I better understand their price results, and his customer service was excellent. So, for me, the price was not a fit, but their feedback and customer service are great.
Elisa, thank you very much for your feedback. While the price didn't work, we're thankful for your consideration and appreciate the opportunity to make it right. If you ever need anything, please don't hesitate to give us a call.
