Came home recently to a garage door with a broken spring. We had replaced the springs in 2017 but they get a lot of use. Selected Precision Garage Door despite not being the lowest bid because they seemed to share my belief in doing things for the long run. Adam showed up right on time and did a thorough inspection then explained everything he recommended in terms I could understand. I learned a lot about the garage door and how it worked. We ended up replacing some worn bearings in addition to both springs. Adam also showed me how to maintain the door and the hardware to extend the life of the parts. No one had ever done that before. The whole job took about an hour and the door operates better than I ever remember. Their work includes a limited lifetime warranty as well. I'm sure I could have found someone to do the work cheaper, but Adam's professionalism and the company's willingness to back up their work with a warranty made it worthwhile to me.

I contacted Precision Garage Door this AM, not expecting any help for a day or two. It was Saturday with a big snow storm coming soon. I reached a live person (as promised on their ad) and a friendly and knowledgeable technician showed up in less than 2 hrs (as promised). He checked out the entire door and relayed what we already knew. It was a disaster of previous bad repairs and mis-matched parts! He had all the many parts we needed in his truck and replaced everything in under 2 hrs, including old rotten wood supports. Wow, what a difference! We finally have a smooth reliable door just in time for the snow!

We had a broken spring on our garage door, so we called Precision. They had a technician out within a few hours to look at it. After the initial estimate, we decided to go with a new door. They had a install team out the next morning, and within 2 hours, the old door was gone and a new beautiful door was up. My sister recommend Precision as they have used the company several times.
