Great!!! We had an Angie's coupon for a garage door tune-up and roller replacement, and Jason did such a great job that we hired him to do the same on our second garage door. Jason was very knowledgeable and efficient. We have had this same service from other companies over the years, and Jason did the best job ever in that the doors are now so quiet and smooth, they sound and act like they are new. We will be using Precision Door in the future!

The tech was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His inspection was thorough. He changed all the rollers and lubed everything super fast, almost didn't believe. It was a great improvement and door is nearly silent and operating better than ever.

I had noticed my door sounding clunky so when I saw the $99 25 point inspection deal I signed up. I picked between 8-10am on a Saturday and Jason called when he was 10 minutes it and was on-site early. He performed his inspection and gave me options to consider. In the end I chose a new silent door and Jason was able to determine the wear points which had made the door noisy. He gave me an on-site discount on the work, performed the work, and showed me how this visit likely stopped a future emergency call. He repaired, replaced and installed ina timely fashion. He helped me program the new remotes and helped me to link via home link on my vehicle. Jason it was a pleasure to work with you!

The Monday start to my week was not what I had planned. That was evident when I could not get my garage door up! I phoned Precision, and your agent explained when your technician Jason Schuster would be available, and set up an appointment time. The good news was that he was early. Jason spotted the problem right away, and after a thorough inspection, offered 3 options. He explained each of them clearly, and made my choice easy. I chose the option with a lifetime warranty. Jason promptly and efficiently made the repairs - a real professional! The door now works great! If I need service again, I will contact Precision - and request Jason.

Everyone at the company was very cordial and competent. I called on a Thursday with a door opener problem and Rudy was there on Friday at noon. He gave me an estimate on a repair and also for the installation of a new belt drive opener to replace the very noisy chain drive. I opted for the new belt opener and was rewarded with an extremely quiet operation. He also noted that the ten wheels on the door were worn, but would still work. I decided to replace the steel wheels with new rubber wheels that are quieter as well.

on July 19,2017 as our garage door was closing, a cable broke and the door crashed. both of our vehicles were in the garage and we had an early evening family event to get to. I checked on line for Emergency Repair service. After several unsuccessful calls, Precision said they could help. Jason arrived as promised and within time for us to spare, got the 4 panel wooden (heavy) door up and secured. Our cars were driven out. Jason closed the door. Five star job!!

AJ was super nice and helpful. He replaced a ton of stuff for us that was rusted and unsafe in addition to the broken spring. He explained everything to me and gave us different payment options which was helpful. He was also nice to my obnoxious cat :)

I had a good initial impression when I talked with the representative on the phone to set up the appointment. The appointment was set up for the day following my phone call, and Jason arrived prior to the 1:00 to 3:00 window, after first calling to see if it would be OK if he came early. Jason was very thorough in his work and in explaining what the issues were with our garage doors, and did a general tuneup as well as replacing the rollers. The doors now sound and work great.
