Super fast service. The technician explained what was wrong and my best options. It did result in a new garage door opener but it was worth it. In and out in about an hour and a half. Technician was friendly and professional.

The technician, Josh, arrived when expected, looked at the problem I was having with a garage door not closing, and fixed the problem with some adjustments to the spring tension and oiled everything up so that it the garage door operated more smoothly and quietly. He also noticed a couple of rusty and fraying cables that he suggested replacing. He broke down the quote for services, suggesting adjusting and oiling the other doors, and while there were suggestions to replace aging rollers, I didn't feel pressured to do so. Josh did the work I agreed to that day in the extreme cold, and the garage doors have been working great since.

Overall we had a great experience with Precision Door Service. We had a cable break on our garage door and needed to have it repaired quickly. Precision Door was able to come out the next day and made all the necessary repairs. Josh came out and provided an initial estimate and explained everything clearly. Couldn’t ask for better service! From the first call I made to the work done by Jason, the technician nothing but first class treatment. I had a torsion bar spring break and it was replaced within 3 hours of my call even though the temperature was -4 F. Fasted service I have ever received when needing a garage door repair. We were very pleased with the work Eli did on our garage door. You were prompt to get to us and the work was done quickly and thorough. He repaired springs, rollers and also replaced a cable he noticed was rusted and would likely break. All charges were explained and agreed upon before work was done. Called Precision approximately 11:30 AM, Technician Josh Kuss arrived about 1:30PM. Josh was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! He quoted me the price to fix my opener, and also the price for a new opener. Josh repaired my opener in less than 2 hours. He is truly a credit to his company. The technician (Josh) was great!! I received a phone call and text when he was on the way. He was polite, professional, friendly and did the job well. Took the time to explain what was needed and why and wasn't pushy on "optional" repairs. Nice to know Precision offers weekend service at no extra charge (although my service was done on a week day.)
