I appreciate that they were able to come the same day, but the price to fix a garage door that came off the track and bend the track back (30 min job) cost nearly $300 bucks and a week later is already off the tracks again. Definitely would not use this company again.

Chad arrived early, called and said he was ahead of schedule, he explained everything, made sure all safety features were working and couldn't have been more thorough in explaining everything, and it was extremely cold out today and our garage is not heated, but he got the job done! INCREDIBLE! We had a VERY loud garage door. We booked an appointment and had outstanding service the next day. James is smart! He knows his stuff! James also inspected a smaller back garage door and fixed that up too. He informed us what should be replaced and the rationale. He provided an honest price upfront and allowed us to decide which repairs to complete. James completed the repairs the same day. Our garage door is so quiet now! I had a wonderful experience today with Precision Door. I needed my seal on the bottom of my door replaced and I was able to get same day service! Gregg T. came out and actually reached out to my other company that had a sticker on my door that had replaced it last to see if it was still under warranty. I truly appreciated him checking on that on his own. It turned out it was not as I had spoken to them on the phone as well. I had Gregg install a brand new one for a better price than my previous company I had used. because of his gesture I know who I will call next time I need service! He made it a bit longer than the old one so I shouldn’t have any gaps. Gregg was very pleasant and professional and performed the service very efficiently. I will definitely call Precision Door again if I have any other Garage Door issues!

Patrick Rough, representing Precision Overhead Garage Door Service has "Gone Beyond the Call of Duty" concerning the maintenance of my system. There was the "Winter Call". Yes, you guessed it. Wind Chills below -35 degrees and the guy was somehow able to get my Overhead Garage Door to work again. There was the "Summer Call" in which he had to work on replacing my 25 year old Genie Garage Equipment. Finally, there was the "Recent Call" in which he effectively detailed my current Garage Door...never has worked better.
