Troy was very professional from the time he arrived. He showed me step by step on all the issues that could be causing my door to fail. He found the problem and fixed it and showed me exactly what was causing the issue. He also game me a quote on some preventive maintenance that will cause further issues in the future. I would recommend this company.

My spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision to see if they could help. Amanda was very courteous and made sure she had all the right information and said she could have someone out that afternoon. Josh called to see if it was ok if he could come a little early. When he got here he look over my door and gave me quote and only sold me what I needed, he was not pushing to sell the whole package. He got started with the work, he was courteous, respectful and kind, he went above the call of duty, he did a great job; he fixed the spring and worked until he got the door quite and running smooth. It has never worked better. Thanks Josh Precision will be my go to for my garage door.

Excellent service technician who was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. He clearly shared my options of repairs or replacing with no pressure, just information. I was extremely pleased at how quickly they were able to get a technician out to my home to assess repairs (less than 1 hour). Eli was very helpful explaining different options for necessary repairs to the track as well as replacement options for my very old garage door. In the end, we went with a new insulated garage door with a belt drive opener. Eli did the necessary repairs to the damaged track(for free!) to get our door functional before the new one was installed just a few days later. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone seeking repairs/replacement of their garage door.

I got home from work late at night and as soon as I closed the garage door, I heard a "bang" and then realized one of my springs had just broken. I was concerned about being able to get our cars out the next morning. I called Precision right away the next morning and a very friendly and helpful lady said they could have someone out to our house between 9 and 11am. I was thrilled. Josh called ahead to say he was on the way and he got here about 9:30. After an inspection, he explained the process and costs to repair the spring and he also offered additional maintenance services if we so desired. One of our cables was starting to fray, so we had those replaced as well. Josh did an awesome job of explaining everything, giving me estimates on time and cost, and keeping me up to date on the repair. The whole thing was done in a little over an hour and we were back in business. He explained what he found during the repairs, and he also readjusted our garage door opener to work properly with the new springs in place. I was thrilled by how fast and professional everything was. I was worried I wouldn't get our door fixed by the end of the day, but we were back up and running (even better than before) just a few hours after I called. I'm very happy with my experience and really impressed by the job that Josh did for us. Thank you!

Excellent Communication with scheduling and service. Very professional service. Very reasonable cost for repair of broken spring. They'll ask if you want to replace both springs or rollers... may be needed or recommended for your repair so recommend you have an idea how much you'd like done or not. Would definitely use them again.
