Mitch was knowledgeable, courteous and worked efficiently. He reviewed the door workings and recommended replacing parts in addition to the old springs. He gave me 3 quotes, 2 of which I accepted. I thought the quotes were a bit high, but I accepted them. The door works well and more quietly.

Called Precision Door as our garage door would not close unless you held the remote until the door shut when the sun was hitting the door. Called the Co. that put the door in last year (Warranty) and he adjusted the rail. Never fixed it. Tom came out and knew EXACTLY what the problem was and fixed it right!!!! Thanks......Dave L.

The work (garage door spring and side wire replacement) was done as expected. The technician called me within a promised time window to let me know his arriving time. It was a bit pricey than I expected, but they were transparent with pricing. I’ve got the same quote as I’ve got it on the phone. Also, they came out on Sunday to work on my garage door (same day service) so that was plus.
