Had a cable break this afternoon. Called for service today and was scheduled between 7 and 9 Pm. Was told that Tom would do the repair. He called at 6:30 and was here at 6:45. The repair was done very professionally and the cost was very reasonable. I will be calling them when I need a door replacement. Very honest and professional company. Five stars plus!

Jason was very customer focused, clearly laid out the options, didn’t try to ‘upsell,’ knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. He did a great job and we love our new opener!

I would not trust this company. I called and spoke to a customer service representative and told her that one of the springs had broken on my garage door. She said that would generally run $150, but couldn't guarantee that, which I completely understand. She then said it would be $60 for the trip if I chose not to go with their company to fix my garage door. I later realized why that was mentioned. When the service guys showed up, they immediately said they would not fix just the one spring because it was unsafe for them to do that. They also mentioned they would do a 24 point inspection and give me a quote. Immediately, I realized that I was being taken advantage of. The person on the phone told me that it would be approximately $150 for the one spring and the service guy said they don't even do one spring without the other. Awhile later, I got quotes of $555, $600, and $800 for them to replace wheels and clean this and that. I completely understand that every product and service has a price and I am willing to pay for the products and services I receive. However, these folks were called to my home under a completely different expectation of cost. I would advise anyone I know to avoid this company. Trust is one of the most important things a company can have with their customers. Based on the lack of integrity shown in my interaction, I have no trust in this company.

Great Service! Called 24 hour emergency service to repair broken springs and they arrived within 2 hours on memorial day. They did a full inspection and replaced the springs, rollers, rails, and a new garage door opener in about a hour and a half. Awesome Job!

The service was great! We were unable to get our garage door open. The automatic opener did not work and all the manual options were also broken. It is a 40 year old door. Mitch worked very hard and was very persistent. He gave me all the option I had. With the help of two other technicians they were finally able to find a way to open the door. Unfortunately we will need a new door which we will get from Precision.

Also the price for a quality smart garage door opener with great features was a deciding factor. The best part was that I was able to get it installed within 2 hours of making the phone call! The install was done in about 30 minutes and was perfectly executed. Good job Rudy and your coworker! I got the system connected to my router as well as linked to Google home so I can command Google to open or close the garage. The Linear App is fully functional and allows me to set schedules, geo fence so the garage opens when I get within a block of my home and closes when I leave. Exactly what I wanted! Thanks Precision

Mitch was able to come early, went over things that were bad and suggested what needed to be done so that I wouldn't have further issues and would need to call again to have more work done. It was all fixed and rollers, rusted brackets, wires and garage door opener all replaced. Added a keypad on the outside. thank you.

I am so glad I found Precision to get my garage door and opener working properly. Tom was wonderful to work with, was on time and took the time to explain what the problem was and how he remedied it.
