The Repair was more than I anticipated but Devon and his partner did a very good job with the work they performed. They were on time, quick with their work and I think the door is working better than it ever has. Hopefully it lasts a long time which I think it will because they were very through with what they inspected and worked on.

The owner called me, I appreciate them calling me back and explained the costs, even offered to deduct from the total. I am very impressed with them calling back and following up. Devon, the technician who fixed my garage door did a very good job and was very professional with his work. His expertise and quick execution showed his skill. My recommendation; please go over every bit of work that is to be done and the charge associated to it. I recommend this business.
Update: 7/23/19 Thank you for taking the time to discuss your service and concerns with Tom today. We appreciate you updating your review after having the chance to discuss with us. We value your business. We are sorry you were unhappy with the service you received. Your door cable came off causing your door to be uneven by three inches, which caused the door to be inoperable. We refer to this on our estimates/invoices as a hung door - reset & rewind fee (this does not have anything to do with hanging you door). Dealing with garage doors and the spring tension that opens them can be very dangerous to an untrained person. Our technicians are professionally trained, work fast and efficiently to deal with these types of door problems. Our trucks are fully stocked to provide you same day service to get your garage door operable again. Tom will reach out to you tomorrow to discuss your concerns.
