I would definitely recommend. Friendly service, reasonable price, did not try to upsell me on anything. Our doors get tricky with the heat and he gave me advice on that as well.

The technician (Chris) was on time, knowledgeable, and got the work done quickly. It's DIY work that I've done in the past, but I just didn't have the time, this time around, because other things were falling apart, and it was sweet to call up and have this taken care of in no time, and a good price.

Precision was my third call. I had first called two other companies that I had used in the past. The wait was a week from both. I went on line and looked for another company. After checking reviews I called Precision and was able to get a tech out the next day. Jason was right on time, very personable and efficient. He replaced the broken spring and had the door working in 20 minutes. The price was less than I expected and I also received a Military discount. I will put Precision on top of my list for any future repairs.

After two years and several repairs to my old garage door I'm so excited to have a smooth-functioning and SAFE door! Joshua came promptly, assessed the situation, and immediately diagnosed what was wrong with the door and what he could do to fix it. He was professional and courteous. I was impressed with his knowledge and the concern he showed over my own safety concerns with springs having broken in the past and zooming through the garage. That door was dangerous. I was most impressed with Joshua's honesty, as he didn't try to sell me a whole new door. He explained the new mechanism he recommended and went to work. In 90 minutes I had a smooth-running door for a reasonable price. Whew! I was expecting to be hit hard financially and that wasn't the case. Joshua's integrity speaks volumes for Precision Garage Door. I'm so glad that I called them. Of all the garage door companies out there, I lucked out.
Maria, thank you for your thorough review of your recent garage door repair with Joshua and Precision Garage Door. We are happy you called us as well. We are thrilled to hear your door is smooth and most importantly safe. We take pride in providing professional and expert garage door repair. We value your business.
