After I ran into the garage door backing out this morning, our technician Jonathan arrived on time, (actually early) quickly evaluated evaluated the fix and presented me with several options. He was very thorough and explained all options very clearly. He was not doing a high pressure sell to do anything more than we wanted. He then rehung and fixed the door better than my expectations. We did a complete checkout at the end and he was on his way and I was happy. I will definitely contact Precision for our next garage door need.

Jonathan Zwart came out from Precision Door Service to fix our mis-aligned garage door on the house we just bought. He arrived promptly, and not only fixed the alignment but also a bottom seal problem it had, and two worn out roller track segments. He did a fantastic job, and was very courteous and helpful. We're very pleased, and will be using Precision Garage Door again for any future door jobs we might need.

The old tension springs went out on our garage door on the evening before Thanksgiving. To my surprise, Precision was able to send a technician out within 40 minutes. The technician who serviced our door, Jonathan, was knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging. During the procedure we talked about a number of options - him and his assistant provided and explained a number of options to get our garage door up and moving again. They also gave us a well-delivered education on the histories and types of garage doors, leaving us more educated and confident in the maintenance of our garage door for years to come.

I called on a Friday morning to have a technician come and look at my garage door opener, by 10 am they had someone out at my house assessing the issue. Chad was wonderful to work with and explained the issue thoroughly. They replaced my garage door opener within an hour and we’re gone by 11:30. Wonderful experience!

Phenomenal experience. Even through the weather was not optimal and causing major delays, the tech was able to still show up and get the job done. The tech, Jameson Leach, was professional and quick to identify the issue. He was transparent in describing the issue and what parts needed to resolve the issue. Jameson only took about an hour to resolve the issue. I would recommend to anybody needing assistance, customer service is too notch.

I had a spring break on my door on a Sunday, did some research and choose Precision. Saw they had a chat on the website, so thought would get more information. 5 minutes later I had an appointment for the next morning at 8:00 am. Colton was very professional, gave me an estimate and check the door for any other needs. Within an hour I had new springs and a working door. I very pleased for the quick and quality service.
