We were having problems with our 16 ft double garage door. I phoned Precision Door Service this morning and a Field Service Technician was here by noon today. Our technician, Chad Magaard, was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable in the install of our new opener and keypad. He was very efficient and answered all our questions. Brandon, Brenden and Josh installed the new doors. They were very knowledgeable with the install and communicated instructions clearly. They also gave some tips on maintaining the doors and what to do to protect the doors from wear over the years. It was a great experience.

Around 5:00pm my garage door broke and wouldn't close. I called a local company but they didn't have/offer emergency assistance. So I called Precision Garage Door and they sent some one out ASAP. He was at my house by 5:30pm. I thought I would have to sleep in my car for the night to protect not only my family but personal storage items as well. My Technician was Jonathan Zwart and he was AMAZING! Great customer service, friendly smile, & he knows what he's doing. I HIGHLY recommend Precision for ALL your garage door needs. GREAT/FAIR prices. They also provide weather strips and updated garage door openers. Give them a call first... You will NOT be disappointed. I'm glad I saw the commercial and made the call!

Jonathan called on his way to our home and arrived on time. After the initial inspection he thoroughly explained what was needed to repair the door and why it was needed. He also serviced the garage door opener and made sure it was working properly. Finally, he showed me how to lubricate the hinges and bearings. Although I was a little surprised at the cost, Jonathan did a great job.
