Hello! I was so pleased with my entire experience with your company. Adam came out and did a great job inspecting everything with me, gave me a detailed quote and did a great job. I had a new opener installed and replaced the springs and rollers. My door works beautifully now, no more noise! Adam was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. Before you call this company do your research of what it takes to repair the issue with your garage door. Youtube is a great resource. You will be surprised how easy it is to do if you have the proper tools. We had a broken spring which turned into a $1,500 quote to replace several components of a garage door on a house that was 5 years old. You can buy a new set of Springs for about $130 on Amazon and it takes about 30 minutes to change them. After we declined all the extra items to repair it was still going to be $700 to change the springs. We called another company and they changed the springs and new cables for $450. Precision tries to sell you on the lifetime warranty. Frankly how long are you really going to live at your home. In addition the place that charged us $450 gave us a 5 year warranty. Precision charge us $85 for a service call and it was basically an estimate of a bunch of work that did not need to be done. Most places do free estimates. We paid our $85 and called the other company and still saved a ton of money. Don't waste your money on this company. Do your research!!

I am extremely impressed and satisfied with doing business with you great company. I called before 8:00 AM and was told you could send a technician between 8 AM and 10 AM. At 9 AM Colton Sanders called to say he would be over within a half hour. He arrived approximately 9:30. He quickly sized up the situation and did a great recap of what needed to be done along with the charges. We agreed with what needed to be done along with the applicable charges. He had a lot to do and he had it all done by 10:35 AM. My wife and I were so impressed how quickly he got everything done so quickly. My personal opinion he is a master technician and you guys are very fortunate to have him on your staff. He was very polite, professional and provided the best possible customer service. He did many things. Where it says purchase of a new product, if you look at my invoice you can see all that he did. Thank you

Not sure that is the exact date. Had my garage door serviced. Ever since I had it serviced the garage is acting funky and I keep having to play with the sensors. When I called the first time, they said it hadn’t been 30 days so they couldn’t help me. Meanwhile my garage door was open and I couldn’t shut it. I won’t call them again.

I had a great experience today. I set up an appointment yesterday for today. My garage door opener had stopped working and by the sound of it the motor was shot. I was able to get an appointment scheduled for today after I got off work. Mike G showed up at my house as scheduled and did a great job explaining to me what needed to be done. He was great at answering my questions and explaining things. He installed a new opener and a few other things that needed replacing in a very reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend!

We live in a house new to us and are in the process of updating various mechanical systems—water purification, heating, air conditioning and so forth. We saw Precision’s ad on TV and gave them a call to come an look over our garage door. The person on the phone was pleasant and well informed. An appointment was set. A person, Alex, came on time, reviewed with me the condition of our door and the repairs he could make with a cost estimate. He proceeded to do his work and reviewed it with me. He provided preventative maintenance tips and we paid our bill. All was done professional and cordially. The door works fine!
