James was personable yet very knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all my questions and fixed everything that was wrong with my garage door. I had installed a new opener, which wasn’t working, but is working like a charm now. He then talked me through its operation and options. There were some minor items that I planned on doing myself, which he took care of also, at no charge. It’s very satisfying to receive quality service for your money.

James did a wonderful job. He was very informative about what would be replaced if I decided to go forward. I was told by a different garage door company that I needed a spring replaced and James said there was nothing wrong with the spring. James was honest and explained all the inter workings of the lift master I had installed as well as replacing my rollers. Top of the line. Quality people and company. Thank you Precision and James. James is a professional; he was on time, courteous and easy to communicate. He thoroughly inspected and recommended what needs to be done now and what can wait, and he gave me time to make my decision. After I make my decision James replaced the broken springs and other parts in less than an hour. I highly recommend James.

James was on time, extremely courteous, and very thorough. He explained all the future trouble spots but was very practical in pointing out repairs that could be done now but could also "wait". He replaced the cables, as I requested, in about 20 minutes and everything works great. James was the best, I wish all tech reps were like him!

Great job, done with Precision!! James,our Field Service Technician, was polite, knowledgeable, and fast. I had installed several garage openers myself years ago. He made this all look so easy, and I learned alot. He could tell just by looking at it that it was binding in one corner. He adjusted the rail and the opener pressure, and replaced the seals. Done in about an hour, and cost less than I thought it would. Would definitely chose Precision again. ...............Joe

Jim was the service rep that came to our home. Very polite and courteous young man. He knew what to do to get our door back in service and gave us a quote for a new door. I didn’t know ho to call for the repair. Superior Garage Door came up in the internet, read a couple reviews and made the call. . We decided to use Superior Garage Door because of the professional way Jim treated us. Hopefully the installers are as good as Jim

Jim came to service my manual garage door. Prior times I was told that I could not have opener installed because of a support beam in my garage. However , Jim was able to modify the track and install an opener. Jim was very knowledgeable and professional. I am very happy with his service.

On August 1, a lift cable on my garage door suddenly pulled loose and the door came down trapping my car in the garage. I contacted Precision and James Magaard arrived promptly the next morning. After assessing the situation, he gave me a quote and proceeded to replace some damaged parts, restrung the cable, balanced the door and got it all working again. I have owned this property for 30 years and the garage door has never worked this well. Thank you James!
