We had a great experience with Precision. Our spring broke on our garage door Saturday morning. I was able to set up an appointment through the website for later that day. The Tech called me 20 minutes before the scheduled time and told me when he was going to be arriving. He was thorough in explaining what happened and what my options were. He got the job done in about an hour. Would 100% recommend! Courteous, professional and timely!

I can't say enough good things about the experience I just had: my initial call was answered right away, the operators were very courteous and helpful, the service call was conveniently scheduled, and the communication with the technician was perfect. Although I or my tenants were not available to be on-site, I appreciated the email informing me that the technician, James Magaard, was on the way. He also called to let me know, as is part of the service process. If I need garage door service in the future, I will request James. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. The service costs were very reasonable. I highly recommend using Precision Garage Door Twin Cities!
