Chuck showed up on time, and while checking things over he explained issues and offered explanations and solutions.. Among the reasons for being there was the garage door opener which he replaced; in hind sight, there was no discussion about the type of opener we wanted which we should have done. In the end, we have a new setup that works very smoothly and quietly, and all should be well for several years to come.

We called Precision Garage Door Service knowing we had a lot wrong with our garage door. Chuck was able to educate us why there was so much wear and tear on our garage door and why a lot of the parts of our door were rusted and over worked. In addition to the age and wear tear, our garage door opener stopped working. Chuck helped us understand what we needed to get done today versus what could get done in the future as well as a breakdown of price and services. He was done within a few hours and our garage door is working perfectly and silently!

I contacted Precision Garage Door this AM, not expecting any help for a day or two. It was Saturday with a big snow storm coming soon. I reached a live person (as promised on their ad) and a friendly and knowledgeable technician showed up in less than 2 hrs (as promised). He checked out the entire door and relayed what we already knew. It was a disaster of previous bad repairs and mis-matched parts! He had all the many parts we needed in his truck and replaced everything in under 2 hrs, including old rotten wood supports. Wow, what a difference! We finally have a smooth reliable door just in time for the snow!
