James was awesome - so kind and helpful! Not pushy or trying to get me to spend extra money on unnecessary items. Did excellent work, explained everything and cleaned up like he had never been there! Our garage door is moving more quietly and smoothly than ever! So appreciative that I was able to get an emergency appointment (door broke at 2 and James was there by 3:30!) with NO extra charge for day-of service. Would highly recommend!

It took a month for Precision to get a certificate of insurance as required by my association. I had a make a second call to get the install scheduled. My appointment arrival was suppose to be between 12-2. They arrived at 3:30 the door is installed but they did not bring the motor. Now I have to wait to schedule another appointment to install the motor.
