Our garage door tension cables came unraveled rather suddenly on a Saturday. Having no idea how to fix it, we called Precision Door. Ronnie came out the same day and addressed the problem - and also replaced our rollers and the gasket at the bottom of the door. Super friendly, very informative, and competent at his craft. The assigned Tech, Ronnie was prompt, professional and courteous. Ronnie deserves high praise for his good work. In short order my existing door was re installed and works great. Ronnie did a good job of adhering to safety standards because of COVID. The only negative was the pricing. I didn’t anticipate spending over a grand to reinstall and existing door. Give the tech a bonus and I will feel a little better.

I called three places and I am very glad I went with Precision. Phone call to schedule was very easy and NOT pushy at all. Our tech Erik gave me a call about 20 mins out and when he arrived he was very friendly and professional. Wow! We called Precision in the morning and Eric arrived by 2:00 that afternoon. Eric quickly and confidently diagnosed the problem and along with the repair, suggested tune up items. When I called Precision Door Service, it was because our garage door was occasionally taking multiple tries to close all the way. Not an emergency by any means, but they still were able to send a technician out to us on the same day and he actually arrived within an hour of my phone call! Eli was very helpful and showed me what the problem was and how to fix it in the future. It was an easy fix, but he was very nice about it!
