We had a major garage door mishap on Thursday 08/27/20 around 5:15pm. I had to leave for a while but used your chat service around 8pm. You had an appt for me for 8am the next morning. Your tech, Erik Jergenson, text me and called me and was at my house at 8am. He surveyed what had happened, put a plan in place while explaining everything that needed to be done. He got to work and was finished before 11am. Great job and clean. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair, service or replacement.

My garage door spring broke on a Saturday. I called Precision and they said they could have someone here the same day! Technician arrived on time. He was friendly and courteous. He examined my garage door, made some recommendations and replaced my broken springs. I would definitely call Precision again. I think their prices are competitive with other companies.
