He was very friendly and professional as he explained how he was going to assess our current garage door openers and all the components of our garage doors. After he completed that assessment, he clearly explained what he suggested to address the issue we had with our garage door openers and why. I decided to go with new garage door openers for both our doors. Eli did an excellent job installing door openers and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly he got it done. After completing the install, he did a fantastic job explaining all the features and what to do if the openers didn't seem to be working properly or showed any error codes. Eli was an absolutely fantastic technician, and all the customer service reps I spoke with at Precision Door Service were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to use Precision Door Service to replace their garage door openers. I expect I'll be replacing my garage doors in the next year or two, and based on this experience I plan to have Precision Door Service perform that work as well.
