Devon was exceptional in his handling of my very difficult garage door issue (insulated very heavy door) - he went the extra mile and helped me to try and fix the new Ryobi garage door opener. After he left the cable broke on the right side (Devon did tell me the rust issue but I did not let him replace the cable at this time. The company rescheduled Ryan to come out to fix it the same day and after looking it over Ryan actually had Tom come out. Everyone was very professional and friendly and I now have my fully functional garage door working. Thank you very much. The prices seemed high to me but they did not charge me labor for the second visit (Ryan and Tom).

Second I expected to get an appointment a few days down the road but they were out within hours and Third they were very responsible . Precision did a beautiful job replacing all the components of the door - rollers, cable, etc. they also installed the lift master opener and the new myQ features make it easy versus having all the remotes. Nice when your expecting company and you can open your door from anywhere. Would highly recommend. I can tell you Jason was excellent, professional, timely, worked and cleaned up after himself. Excellent work!

We called Sunday morning regarding a broken spring on my mom’s garage door. The woman who answered my call was knowledgeable professional and efficient. She scheduled a technician to arrive Monday (Memorial Day!) between 2-4. Ryan called 10” out arriving just before 2 and completed the work. He replaced both springs within an hour and was not only personable but extremely competent!! You have an excellent company.. thank you thank you!!

Broke a spring on our garage door and were stuck with one vehicle in the garage and one out. Looked online for garage door repairs and Precision was the first to appear. Two things caught my eye when looking at the Precision info. First was the statement that someone would answer my call 24/7 and the second was the info said no additional charge for a weekend callout. I decided to call and the call was answered promptly. Precision said they could have someone come out on Sunday, between noon and 2 PM. Our Technician Ryan was there promptly on time. Ryan, our Technician, was great to work with. He pointed out a few additional items that needed attention and within an hour the door was fully operational and the additional items were repaired. The cable broke on our garage door last night when we returned home. As it is a weekend we were concerned we wouldn't be able to get anyone to repair it before next week. We called Precision because we have used you before and you were able to provide a technician very quickly. Troy quickly repaired the cable and the door was back in service. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and provided very good service. We will definitely call Precision for repairs again in the future.

My springs broke on my garage door on Wednesday @ 3:00 P.M. I called that afternoon and they sent out Josh the next day at 10 A.M. Josh explained what was needed @ what the price was. Every thing was competed within 2 hours. Our door works better then it did before. ( like a well oiled machine now ) I would advise Precision Door Service to my family, friends, or anyone. Troy figured out the problem right away. The socket didn't work. He connected an extension cord to the opener and the door worked. He also alined the electric eye do that it would word consistently. He sprayed the rollers so they would run smoother.

It went well. My problem required no parts to fix just labor and knowledge. The young man was personable and with some advice over the phone he was able to re-program the unit and it started to work as it should. I did not know these units could be so touchy in terms of keeping everything oiled etc. When people ask about garage doors I say talk to Precision because they don't just install, they back up their work when needed. They were able to get me an appointment within a couple of hours of me calling. Our technician communicated well about when he would arrive. Once he did arrive, he was friendly and professional. He was able to get me quote on the repair I needed, and also made some suggestions on some other things he thought should be taken care of, but was not pushy about doing the extra things. He was in and out in just over an hour. Very happy with the service.

Came home last night to a garage door that wouldn't open and being new to the area had no idea who to call. Did a quick search on Google and found Precision, read a few reviews and decided to call in the morning. They were out within two hours of me calling. I received a text with a photo of Joshua, my technician, immediately and Joshua called a few minutes before arriving. Quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote and completed the repairs. Great service, fair pricing and Joshua was great. I made sure that a new sticker went on the garage door interior so I have their number for next time. Won't be calling anywhere else!
