We had a major garage door mishap on Thursday 08/27/20 around 5:15pm. I had to leave for a while but used your chat service around 8pm. You had an appt for me for 8am the next morning. Your tech, Erik Jergenson, text me and called me and was at my house at 8am. He surveyed what had happened, put a plan in place while explaining everything that needed to be done. He got to work and was finished before 11am. Great job and clean. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair, service or replacement.

My garage door spring broke on a Saturday. I called Precision and they said they could have someone here the same day! Technician arrived on time. He was friendly and courteous. He examined my garage door, made some recommendations and replaced my broken springs. I would definitely call Precision again. I think their prices are competitive with other companies. There service gets 5 stars!

My garage door opener broke yesterday, I called Precision Door this morning, was able to be scheduled for today and Eric showed up at my door not long after my appointment was scheduled. I called for service at 7:45 am. They were at my home at 8:15 am. They gave me the price for the service that I needed done and also did an overall check and made recommendations for additional service. I never felt pressure to have the recommendations done today. We were having an intermittent problem with the sensors. I thought perhaps the sensors were failing. I had checked the alignment, connectors, and cleanliness but the intermittency continued. Erik came on time and found the issue within 10 minutes. He also did the safety check and applied silicone lubricant to all moving parts. The opener is. Now operating like new.
