I had a very positive experience with Precision. I called Sunday and had a new garage door opener installed by Monday afternoon. Eli T. was superb! He explained all my options without applying any pressure to what I should decide. He was friendly, knowledgable and professional. The entire experience, including following Covid precautions, exceeded my expectations and I'm loving my new opener!

Hi Kristi Jason Schuster fixed our broken spring and installed a garage door opener yesterday. You have an excellent employee in Jason. Knowledgeable, went over what was in the red and green on my garage door and opener, explained the billing and cost of service. After completion of the installation of products Jason went over the instructions of the door opener and showed how to use them. Thanks again for a wonderful service experience with your company. He was here in 2018 and put on new wheels and I was delighted when he was the installer for this project as well.

Amazing service! Our garage door was knocked off its track and stuck and Precision was able to send a technician to assess -- and fix! -- the door within two hours of my call. Our technician was prompt, friendly and did a fantastic job explaining the service and what needed to be done. I couldn't recommend Precision more. We will definitely return for future garage repair/replacement needs.

Very happy with the work performed. My garage door spring broke Saturday night. I called Precision then and they scheduled a tech for early the following Monday morning. The technician, Devon, called on his way to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived early in the two hour window which was appreciated. He also was very thorough, friendly and worked very quickly replacing my broken spring and installing new bearings, cables and rollers. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

The cable and track for our garage door broke late on a Friday night and Precision Door was able to get someone out to our house early Saturday afternoon. Tom had everything he needed with him and after a couple hours he was on his way. Price was very reasonable and he went through everything he completed along with a couple a things for me to be aware of moving forward. I appreciated the thoroughness and would recommend Precision Door.

Great service! Had a new door installed in February and we needed a repair done. Within minutes of calling I had a technician coming within within the hour. Tom one of the ownerS came out, assessed the issue and didn’t have what he needed in his truck, but tracked down someone near by, got the part and came back to repair. Outstanding level of service! The constant email and text follow up is amazing! And to have a picture of the tech coming gives piece of mind to open your door to the right person. Thank you for your fabulous level of service!
