The tech called to let me know he running ahead of schedule and what time he would arrive. I also received an email regarding my appointment and his approximate arrival time. He not only repaired the part of the garage door that was needed but took the time to educate me on what happened and how to fix it in the future if I chose to. Such quick service! A broken spring trapped my car in the garage, fortunately we had two cars already in the driveway (four drivers in the house). I called Precision on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and it was fixed in less than 24 hours! Colton was very professional and helpful. It’s a 60 year old door and track. I’m sure we’ll be calling them again.

I called them on Tuesday and they came out Wednesday and they sent the wrong person one for replacing the door not to fix it. He said we can have someone come out Thursday. Will he came out and did not have the right springs but said it could take up yo 1 month to get the right one in. My door won't open because my spring is broken. I told him I will call him later so he said you have to pay $75.00 now for me coming out and the coast would be over $750.00 for the springs. I called North Country and he was out In one hr. Had the right springs on his truck he fix my door and put the heavy duty spring on and only charged me $350.00.

We were happy for this opportunity to speak with you about the misunderstandings that took place here and were happy to refund your trip fee as the errors were on our end. This experience has shown us a few things we need to work on in-house with communication and custom orders and we thank you for the opportunity to make this situation right and learn from the issues pointed out.

Inexperienced and poorly trained. The service provided did not meet my expectations. The technician spent about 50% of the service call on his cell phone planning a fishing trip for the next day - which I found to be totally unacceptable!

Jonathan Zwart was probably the best service provider I have ever seen with household repair. He explained everything perfectly and didn't try to sell me stuff that was unnecessary. He even slapped on my keyless entry in about 30 seconds. Great employee. Needs a raise!

Technician Allen was great. I do have issues with pricing. You charge a $75 trip charge that is deducted from service if performed. I was invoiced $413 for 25 minutes of work! Labor- $250 (25 minutes) Fuel surcharge- $8 Torsion cable- $95 ($9 Amazon) Bottom Brackets- $85 ($15 Amazon) It's one thing to charge ridiculous mark-up on parts but to absolutely take advantage of customer with labor charges is bad business.

My husband has always fixed our garage door the springs have come off 3 times the last 10 years and it happened again this am thank god it didn’t do damage to our truck.
