Had a great experience with Precision! I had a spring break, so I scheduled an appointment online, which was super easy. Patrick, the tech, was great! He was super friendly, and awesome with my dog. He made sure to inform me about everything he recommended, items that were in-between, and ones that were still good. He was very honest and upfront. The price was a little higher than I expected, but the service, warranty, and quality of the components versus others I've had before was worth it.

Chad arrived early, was friendly and surveyed everything to ensure nothing more was needed than what I had called for. We went over his estimate which he explained and within an hour he was finished. This is the second time I have used Precision and was pleased with the results. I was hoping for a slight discount being a repeat customer since there were no coupons or discounts on the website that matched my needs, which would be nice to consider for future needs since repairs are somewhat expensive. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend!

WORST company, talked on the phone to come out and fix it. then come and say to replace for $1200 for the entire thing and not even fix it. then chargde 85 for doing absolutely nothing

Received a quote from them for the spring replacement. They were quick to respond, but the invoice ended up being three times the original quote for just the springs. They offered additional services for double the price, really pressuring you into the upsell, and made it uncomfortable to reject any additional work. I have since done business with other garage companies and will continue to stay away from Precision Garage Door Twin Cities.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The technician was a fear mongering salesman. Way overpriced. Wish I would've done more research before having these guys come out. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Absolutely terrible.
