Our garage door broke in the later afternoon. I called around and nobody could get out here until the morning. Both of our cars were stuck in the garage and we both had to work in the morning. Precision said they could get someone out in a couple of hours, they're technician, Colton was here in about 45 minutes. We had some major breakage, and he went over everything with us so there were no surprises. He fixed the door and we are very happy with the service. i think he should be commended on his service!

Needed to have door seals and seal channels replaced on two 25-year old garage doors. Arranged for the work using the on-line chat. That was easy and worked well. The work was scheduled for the following day. I really appreciated the timing windows being 2 hours rather than the more common 4 hour slots. We received an email confirming schedule, one with the technician’s name (Colton) & his picture, and then a call shortly before he arrived. That all worked very well. Good system. Colton recommended door replacement, which I found a bit surprising, but considering their age maybe it probably should not have been. After discussion of door replacement cost & wait time and having a closer look at the condition of the doors, we went ahead with the repair as planned. Work was done in a timely manner and the end result met expectations. Will very likely have Precision replace the garage doors in the future.

I had a garage door emergency as my door broke at 4pm on a week day. No problem, Precision had tech Jonathan Zwart to my house within a couple of hours. Jonathan is AMAZING. He assessed the damage and educated me on everything garage door related. Within 2 hours he had the door back to working condition. Such quick service! A broken spring trapped my car in the garage, fortunately we had two cars already in the driveway (four drivers in the house). I called Precision on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and it was fixed in less than 24 hours! Colton was very professional and helpful. It’s a 60 year old door and track. I’m sure we’ll be calling them again.

I called them on Tuesday and they came out Wednesday and they sent the wrong person one for replacing the door not to fix it. He said we can have someone come out Thursday. Will he came out and did not have the right springs but said it could take up yo 1 month to get the right one in. My door won't open because my spring is broken. I told him I will call him later so he said you have to pay $75.00 now for me coming out and the coast would be over $750.00 for the springs. I called North Country and he was out In one hr. Had the right springs on his truck he fix my door and put the heavy duty spring on and only charged me $350.00.

We were happy for this opportunity to speak with you about the misunderstandings that took place here and were happy to refund your trip fee as the errors were on our end. This experience has shown us a few things we need to work on in-house with communication and custom orders and we thank you for the opportunity to make this situation right and learn from the issues pointed out.
