The service Technician Mike was extremely competent, professional and friendly. My garage door has had a gap in it for years and another company tried but couldn't fix it. Precision came out within 2 hours of my call, closed the gap and did some proactive maintenance. The door works great now. I would highly recommend them.

Donny did an awesome job installing by new garage door and opener. He was polite, explained what he was doing. When install was complete he made sure everything was spotless from install. Great installer and excellent company to deal with. The day prior Jason the filed technician was able to fix my old door until new door installed. He did a fantastic job as well and explained everything that needed to be done.

Great service by office and service representative Josh. I called office number early morning, that was listed on web site, and my call was answered and service scheduled for 10:00 same day. The springs on my garage door were replaced and Josh did a complete check of the garage door operations and parts by 11:30 AM. I am very pleased with the service provided by Precision.

First time I had service with Precision. Phone chat prior to appointment clarified the service I needed. The appointment was same day, and within the window quoted. The tech ( Johnathan ) called me with arrival time. Did a safety inspection of my door, and verified the repair required. He reviewed the quote and completed the work quickly. The company sent out the service man the next day which was on Sunday. They gave me his name right away and sent me a picture of him so I would recognize him. They gave me a two hour window and said he would call to give me an expected time of arrival . Jonathan did all of the above and arrived on time. I explained that I really only needed a remote and he tried everything he could to get a remote for my very old garage door opener but it just wouldn't pair with it. So I had to have a new one put in. He had 2 options that would work and explained everything to me and did a great job. He accidentally Installed a key pad for me and had no problem Removing it when I didn't want one and had apparently misunderstood him when we talked about it. He was wonderful. Got the job done and was very professional and knew his job. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for garage door work. I say 10 out of 10 for them.

They came out quickly to assess my broken door and were able to install a new door a week later. They were on time, courteous and fast. Removal of the old door and installing a new one was done in a little over an hour. I'd use them again.

Fast and courtesy, however extremely expensive. I would not use again or refer to anyone. I have had broken springs and repairs on this garage door three times in the past. The repair bills were substantially less. I understand there have been price increases and a pandemic, but was shocked with the initial repair estimate provided by Precision Garage Door service today.

Fast and friendly! Here's my experience with Precision Garage Door Twin Cities: I called them in the afternoon because one of my door cables broke and threw my whole garage door kitty wompus and stuck. They were able to come out that same day but I decided for the next day. Josh, my super friendly and knowledgeable service technician arrived right on schedule, assessed the problem, gave me a quote then fixed it. Josh went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I am super happy Josh was able to get my door and rails straightened out and get my garage door back up and running smoothly. Their crew came out the next day fir a quote. Quote was higher than expected but they walked me through the "why's" and pointed out where the original installer used cheap parts. In some areas, the original installer didn't include parts. We bought out home out of foreclosure and figured the bank went cheap, this confirmed it. I felt as though we received a great deal from knowledgeable technicians and would have them back again when needed.
