Recommended replacing the cable and pointed out where it was fraying. He explained things well which helped me decide what additional repairs I should have done. He’s also very polite and friendly.

The technician (Josh) was great!! I received a phone call and text when he was on the way. He was polite, professional, friendly and did the job well. Took the time to explain what was needed and why and wasn't pushy on "optional" repairs. Nice to know Precision offers weekend service at no extra charge (although my service was done on a week day.)
