He didn’t really bring me to the best prices. If it was only another $80 to get a brand new one why did I pay for $420? Because he never mentioned it he told me that a brand new one would be close to $800. The guy was very personable and did his job very quickly. He should’ve just told me more prices. Overall really good service! Need to adjust on your prices.

I got home from work late at night and as soon as I closed the garage door, I heard a "bang" and then realized one of my springs had just broken. I was concerned about being able to get our cars out the next morning. I called Precision right away the next morning and a very friendly and helpful lady said they could have someone out to our house between 9 and 11am. I was thrilled. Josh called ahead to say he was on the way and he got here about 9:30. After an inspection, he explained the process and costs to repair the spring and he also offered additional maintenance services if we so desired. One of our cables was starting to fray, so we had those replaced as well. Josh did an awesome job of explaining everything, giving me estimates on time and cost, and keeping me up to date on the repair. The whole thing was done in a little over an hour and we were back in business. He explained what he found during the repairs, and he also readjusted our garage door opener to work properly with the new springs in place. I was thrilled by how fast and professional everything was. I was worried I wouldn't get our door fixed by the end of the day, but we were back up and running (even better than before) just a few hours after I called. I'm very happy with my experience and really impressed by the job that Josh did for us. Thank you!

I called at midnight last night with an emergency - my garage door broke and I could not get it open to get my car out for a meeting this morning. Excellent Communication with scheduling and service. Very professional service. Very reasonable cost for repair of broken spring. They'll ask if you want to replace both springs or rollers... may be needed or recommended for your repair so recommend you have an idea how much you'd like done or not. Would definitely use them again.

Right from the get go, the dispatch center was 100% professional and extremely polite. Once the appointment was set up the texts and emails confirming the appointment, along with the picture of our tech servicing us was a very nice touch and shows the professionalism of this company. Our tech Eli, called to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived, we went over some items and he conducted his inspection. He was very professional and did not try to force sell us anything. In the end, our 20 yr old unit was better off being replaced. He was fast, efficient, and very professional.
