Awesome Service! I called to get my garage door fixed at 3:44pm, they put me in for an appointment at 4 pm and Jason called at 3:53pm saying he was on his way! Now that is prompt. Jason inspected the door, told me what was wrong and got it all done in about an hour to hour and half. He even was fine with my Cheweenie barking everytime he made the slightest noise. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs their garage door fixed!!

I was surprised to find out I could call 24/7 to get an appointment scheduled. That was extremely convenient. I was able to get my service work done the day after I called. The service work was done during the estimated time frame I had been given when I scheduled the appointment. The service individual was very friendly and very helpful in explaining the work that needed to be done to fix my issue. I'm a very satisfied customer, and I will definitely reach out to Precision when I have future garage door issues.

Garage door was sometimes not going up. Problem got progressively worse and eventually door would not go up. Called Precision and because of cold weather had to wait for a few days before Jonathan could get here. He came this morning and in a relatively short time fixed the problem. He took the time to walk me thru how the door works and what he had done to fix the problem. Also let me know what I could to to keep the door working. Lastly he explained what kind of door I had and what to expect if the door springs needed replacement. He was very knowledgable and personable. THANKS

Jason did a wonderful job getting our garage door working again. He quickly saw the interference problem with using LED lights and changed them back to incandescents. He quickly programmed in our new code and set up our Cadillac code.

The team was excellent- from picking up the phone quickly on a Sunday evening and scheduling an appointment in less than 48 hours (I am still waiting on a call back from the other company I had left a VM at before calling precision!) Jason our technician was excellent- professional and extremely informative all the way through- from calling to give updates on his arrival, to quick service and then he really took the time to walk us through all the features of our new opener and offered to help ensure we were all set up with the app for our phones. Thank you to the entire team for great service - only complaint is material and installation felt on the upper end of reasonable pricing based on cost to buy comparable units in stores … but in today’s inflation market it’s hard to know and considering the great service I still rate it a 5.
