Our garage door broke last week and Jonathan was a great technician who explained EVERYTHING going on with that door and the pluses and minuses of the current set up. His suggestions for repairs plus additional tune-ups were on point and should extend the life of the garage door. Throughout the experience I've learned a few new things about our garage door maintenance and what to look for in case some new problems pop up. Overall great service and I'd recommend you to our neighbors!

Can't speak highly enough about your team. From the consultation/design review with Chris to the installation with Donny, Precision really came through. Chris was very easy to deal with, knowledgable and promptly replied to any and all questions. It was like I've known the guy for years. Plus my dog liked him, which says alot! Donny was just a cool guy. Very polite, respectful and on time! He was organized and efficient. Post installation he reviewed operating instructions and basic programming, so we hit the ground running. Kudos to the whole Precision team for making my family's life a little bit easier, and it got my wife off my back. I would recommend your company to all who will listen!

Wow, incredible is all I can really say. My garage door had an issue 3:00 on a Thursday, and needed it fixed so 1) I could shut it for the night 2) so I could open it to get my car out -- as it was off it's tracks stuck half-way down (someone happened to back into it as it was going up) I called the # on google and it was immediately answered by a friendly person who was quick, attentive, personable, easy to chat with. Told me someone would be out in the next 1-2 hours. I was shocked at the quick turnaround. I received a call about 30 mins later from the tech who told me he could be there in 5-10 mins. He showed up and took care of my issue in about 35 mins. It really was incredible. Chad M was the tech, did great. Checks the boxes- easy to work with, quick and responsive, work done right, and affordable.

I found Precision in one of those flier we get in the mail. It was for Excelsior but they cover most of the metro area. I was very pleased with the speed that Precision was able to get out and fix the garage door that was stuck in the open position. I was trying to get ready for the holidays and had a lot to do when we were stuck with the door problem. Jonathan got out to our place that very afternoon and was very thorough and fixed our problem very quickly and got me on my way. I was so thankful. I was very happy with the price too. Well worth it.

Terrific experience from the scheduling call (on a Sunday, no less) to the install. Everything was communicated very clearly. The work took about 30 minutes and I was back up and running. LIfetime warranty on the springs which is terrific. Can't recommend them enough.

RE: Repair Adjustment 11/9/22 We had our overhead door become out of adjustment for some reason after a spring replacement by Precision in March 2022. Jonathan Zwart arrived soon after our call and did such an excellent job in adjustment that we commented that the door has never worked so well. Ever. That was a month ago and the door continues to be so quiet and so smooth in operation that we are very pleased. Mr. Zwart did a great job and reflects well on Precision Door Service. Thanks to Jonathan and Precision Door.

I found your company online to fix my garage door malfunction and called. Jae Gnibus called said he was on the way after the company gave me a two hour arrival range He diagnosed the problems, explained what to do and the cost He did a fast and excellent job and then showed me everything Great job by Jae and the entire company If ever needed help again they would be my first call.

Precision Garage Door's video ad creates a certain set of expectations: technicians with superior diagnostic capability, trucks fully stocked with high quality parts, problems resolved on the spot. That was exactly my experience with my tech, Alex. I will also add that he was on time, completed the job in the time he had estimated, in addition to making the repairs, he checked, adjusted and lubed my door, and he picked up after himself, leaving my garage as clean as if he was never there. My only complaint, and this is not on Alex, is that their bill included a $14 fuel surcharge--with gas prices below $3/gallon and still falling, it is time for fuel surcharges to go away.

Jae came out same day and hooked up a new keypad as old one was not working and we kept getting locked out of our house (in the cold). Jae noticed while he was here that part of the track was pulling out of the wall. Once he pointed it out it definitely got my attention and would have been a big problem. They took care of everything same day and all is well. Super nice and polite. Highly recommend.

After I ran into the garage door backing out this morning, our technician Jonathan arrived on time, (actually early) quickly evaluated evaluated the fix and presented me with several options. He was very thorough and explained all options very clearly. He was not doing a high pressure sell to do anything more than we wanted. He then rehung and fixed the door better than my expectations. We did a complete checkout at the end and he was on his way and I was happy. I will definitely contact Precision for our next garage door need.
