Chad was great. Prompt, friendly and on time. Would’ve been a five star rating, but can only give 4 due to the extreme up charge on the springs that were replaced. Almost $600 for the pair, which I looked up the parts they were under $200 their cost.

He was able to identify the issue and explained the type of fix plus cost repairs before making any changes to the door. I appreciated his professionalism and service of expertise. Not only did he fix our garage door with the spring, he also made sure other parts were in place and replaced anything that was rusted or missing. Happy to confirm the garage door has been working great since.

I had a terrible experience with precision. Not only were they extremely expensive, but they also did not properly fix the issue with my garage door. I had to call another company to come in and correct the problem, which ended up costing me even more money. The technician was clearly had no idea what he was doing. I would never recommend this company to anyone and would suggest looking for a more reliable and reasonably priced alternative.

First because the door wouldn't open, the second time because the opener was broken and the third time because he didn't have an opener with him. Mike worked with my schedule today and had the new opener installed in about an hour.

One of the best experiences I have had dealing with an unpleasant issue. Our spring broke this afternoon, and within 2 hours of contacting Precision Garage Door a technician was at our house. Our Technician, Mike G, was an absolute wizard. He fixed the springs on both sides of the door in around a half hour and did so with an unmatched level of customer service. I would contact Mike again in a heartbeat with any future garage door issues or needs.

ZERO, if I could give a rating of ZERO I would, the tech did the work he was supposed to do but in leaving he broke the garage door in my third stall. When I called in about having a tech come out to fix the door they broke they wanted me to pay a service charge and if any parts/labor was needed I would need to pay for that. I sent an email about what happened and no response. I would call around to other garage door repair companies and not use this one.

After accessing and troubleshooting the problem with your current garage door opener and incorrect wiring from a previous installation that was not done by our company that was causing your door not to work correctly.
