Great experience. Their service call is lower than most and is waived if repairs are done. I Was able to book an appointment quickly, the tech (Jonathan Z) called ahead before arriving on time, & was very professional. He was courteous, did a thorough total inspection & was honest about which parts needed replacing & which were satisfactory. The itemization made it very transparent and they allowed me to modify the original plan slightly with no hassle. Jonathan proceeded to work quickly and efficiently and our door was repaired in no time. We will 100% come back for future repairs and highly recommend!

So glad I went with Precision Garage Door first! My ancient garage doors were beyond panel repair (circa 1997) and along with gnawed out seal they gave me 3 options for replacement doors and I went with the second best which are still insulated. All rails, rollers, seals, etc are included and both doors will be installed in less than 1 week. I was not coerced in any way to give this review - this is all organic. Chad was so patient, clearly explained all options and was kind. Don't hesitate to call them first. He also reprogrammed my keypad, installed new batteries, reprogrammed my lifters and received 2 new remotes.

Reasonably priced, good work, and quick service! Can’t ask for anything better! I had them out to diagnose my garage opener issue, and wasn’t surprised when it wasn’t repairable (I’d done my own research about it). Jonathan gave me a couple price options for decent, well warrantied openers in their truck and had a new one installed within the hour as well as tuning up the garage and showing me how to maintain it too!
