Our garage door was stuck halfway down, with the cable wrapped around the rollers. Precision came out on a Sunday to review, fix the door so we could lower it and then returned on Tuesday to fix it. Great service, would highly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The technician was a fear mongering salesman. Way overpriced. Wish I would've done more research before having these guys come out. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Absolutely terrible.

I had a wonderful experience today with Precision Door. I needed my seal on the bottom of my door replaced and I was able to get same day service! Gregg T. came out and actually reached out to my other company that had a sticker on my door that had replaced it last to see if it was still under warranty. I truly appreciated him checking on that on his own. It turned out it was not as I had spoken to them on the phone as well. I had Gregg install a brand new one for a better price than my previous company I had used. because of his gesture I know who I will call next time I need service! He made it a bit longer than the old one so I shouldn’t have any gaps. Gregg was very pleasant and professional and performed the service very efficiently. I will definitely call Precision Door again if I have any other Garage Door issues!

I called Precision Garage Door in the morning and Gregg was at my home in the afternoon. Gregg did an inspection, explained what he was going to do and quoted me a reasonable price. I stayed outside and watched and he explained everything he was doing. He even gave me some tips and tricks. Gregg was great and you definitely have my business in the future. Showed up on time, very friendly, gave clear and concise answers before and after the work was quoted/completed, did a thorough inspection of all components and included actual photos of the parts to provide justification for the suggested or required repairs, completed the work in about 1 hour without needing to schedule a future appointment or go somewhere to get parts/supplies, provided explanation of the work completed after the fact to prove what had been done, offered an unbeatable warranty. Would recommend to anyone who needs work done for their garage door. I will use them again if the need arises. Extremely satisfied!

My garage door decided to quit working on me 7 months ago. In my effort to try and figure it out myself, I only made it worse (go figure)! When I realized the problem was beyond my capabilities to fix, I called Precision to come help! They came out, tech was amazing. He was kind, friendly, and able to explain the problem in ways I could understand! I spent a lot of money to fix the problem! However, 7 months later he was back at my house with a door that, again, did not work! This time I did NOT touch anything other then the manual opener to make to door go up and down. Long story not so short, he had to come back. He was again kind, friendly, and informative (even though I probably came off a little frustrated with him) My only wish is he would have noticed the problem before he had to come back out again, and force me to leave my garage open to the public for 2 days (due to my personal schedule, not his schedule)! AMAZING company, will recommend 10/10…. But if futures issues could be considered on initial meeting could have saved everyone time!
