Brian was awesome! We had a antique door with an older spring and roller system that I feared could not be repaired when the springs gave out. Brian was able to get a new torsion bar and spring system installed despite the older setup, and was very professional and knowledgeable through the process, and it works great. Thank you!

Excellent from my phone first phone call to the end result of the garage door working again. Brian was very knowledgeable and thoughtful in his approach to fixing the problem. I was surprised that he actually called me before he came here to ask me to describe the problem so he could think about it and bring necessary parts if needed. He methodically went thru the whole electrical system to determine what was causing the door to open on its own anytime. Brian replaced the part he thought was the problem and door now works fine, no longer opens on its own. He also went thru the 9 year old door and quickly replaced the cables and rollers which were badly needed. Plus it was done at a very reasonable and fair price. Wish more people operated like Precision Garage Door and Brian.

My garage door broke when 2 broom handles interrupted the closing of my door. Thought I could bypass, but that only made things worse. I manually closed the door & called Precision. They promptly came out next morning, estimated, & then fixed within the 2 hours allotted. Brian was extremely professional, courteous, & helpful. I'm set for some time now. I had my garage door tuned up, with some new rollers and a new plate designed to reinforce a bracket. Brian the service tech was really good and explained everything well. He answered questions that I had.
