Amazing sums it up! Our service technician, Brian, was a delight. He courteously texted and called to inform us he was on his way. From our issue description, he had the knowledge to pinpoint the issue right away. He was extremely helpful and precise. He opened up the garage door opener and showed me exactly where & why my garage door was making a thump/machine gun noise. He walked me through all check points and actually showed me the concerns/issues we had. He replaced the garage door, opener, rollers, and a bracket. Once the garage door opener was installed, he then walked me through set up, he helped program our universal remote and showed me how to do all steps - educating me on the new tech-savvy garage door opener. I was VERY pleased with Brian’s stellar customer service, and we’d call on him the next time something would arise with our garage door and its functionality. I’m extremely grateful for his service.

Broken spring Saturday, appt made and repaired Sunday. Price was a little more than expected however Patrick's customer service and attention to detail made it well worth it. New springs, bearings and rollers. In and out about 90 minutes. Definitely recommend!!

Prompt, professional service.The technician, Chad, called to say he could arrive earlier than the time slot assigned if that would work for me. He assessed the problem and had all the parts with him to replace/fix the issue. No high pressure or scare tactics. I thought the pricing was reasonable, and the customer service, from the first phone call to the completed installation, was very impressive. Highly recommend this company.

My experience with Precision Garage Door was great from the time I called for an appointment to the time the tech waved goodbye. The person answering the call was friendly and helpful. She explained their process so I knew what to expect. On the morning of the appointment the tech Chad called to say when he'd arrive. I received a text with a picture so I would know him. Chad reviewed the door, the hardware, the spring,and the motor. He explained the issue, gave recommendations for future, and maintenance. He was friendly and thorough, answered questions, gave me a time approximate for finishing the work and an estimate. All the parts were in the truck. He handled the payment, confirmed my email for a receipt. I now know about the lifespan of the equipment and even though mine is rather elderly, he said it was still working well and said there was no reason the replace it. No pressure. I would highly recommend this company

The cable on our garage door snapped over the weekend, and I refused to call the company we worked with previously after they charged us 5x the original quote. I found Precision and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician, James, came out and took care of the problem quickly. We were charged a very fair price, and he went above and beyond, helping prevent some future problems and explaining how I could deal with them easily if anything were to pop up. Very happy with Precision. I'll gladly work with them again if we have any more garage door issues.

Very good service visit. Jameson showed up on time, he called before arriving to let me know he was coming. He explained everything to me, the existing door and hardware all looked good which is always good to hear. No big sales pitch, he just cleaned and tuned everything. I will call precision doors again.
