Very fast and courteous service!! The customer service representative was kind and polite and explained my options. It was an emergency call. I was given a timeframe of 6 to 8 and received service at 5:15. The technician called before arriving as promised and was also very courteous.

Divine providence brought me to your telephone number late on a Friday afternoon. Saturday AM, John showed up at 8 AM and complete the repair in about 30 minutes, turning a big mess into no mess at all. All of the social network stuff, that your company does was great. Thanks for being so customer orientated. Even left a sticker with phone number, when the old door needs more attention. Good experience at competitive pricing.

The cable on our garage door broke, and it was Friday evening around 6:30 PM. I called Precision Garage Door Service, and they had someone out here by 8:00 PM. Jason looked over the door and explained what options we had for fixing it. He did the repair within about 45 minutes, and was friendly and professional. We would highly recommend Precision.

Sorry, nothing was wrong with the door, what ever I heard yesterday of course was not there today, so Rudy oiled all the wheels checked everything over to make sure nothing was missed, replaced a light bulb which was burned out. The experience was pleasant, learned a little bit more about the openers the connection between the installed one in the garage and inside the house, and the portable once from the cars which I thought needed new batteries and probably did not. Everything is working fine. I will give it a 5 Ursula

No one likes to deal with garage issues. But if you do, I would highly recommend Precision Door Service! My garage door opener recently died. I called Precision and they offered to send someone out the same day. From the initial contact to the end of the service, everyone was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Rudy (technician) explained all my options for a new garage door opener as well as the prices (fair) and the ins & outs of each. What I liked best is that it was just an honest explanation (as opposed to the typical salesman push to buy the most expensive as you often get with the plumber, furnace, etc.). The installation was done well and quickly. Altogether the quality of service was exemplary!

The nightmare and challenge we provided Jason was quickly repaired with new parts and piece of mind the job was performed correctly. Tom Hartmon was such a professional! He took one look at my garage door and knew what the problem was. He had all of the parts in his truck and in a short time, my garage door opened like a charm. He even was able to make it quieter when opening and closing! He gave me a lot of valuable information on regular maintenance of the door to prevent future problems. I would recommend this company and Tom to anyone!

Jon Holton arrived when he promised, provided a detailed estimate and asked for permission before doing any work. He not only fixed our non-functioning door but adjusted it so that it is quieter than when we bought our home.
