If money's no object, these guys are for you. No additional "saturday/emergency" fees, but that's because the "saturday/emergency" fees are their regular pricing. Was told the visit fee would be $85, and spring replacement varied from 200-600. Ours ended up being $800. Then, there were some maintence things the tech recommended. I called Precision with an issue I was having with the garage door and they were out the next day. Adam, the technician, was great. Very professional with excellent suggestions. He had everything that he needed with him. He was quick and efficient, and explained everything after he was done. I can't really comment on their pricing, as I did not get other quotes and don't really have a good grasp on these costs. Of course today everything is more than we expect, but they seem reasonable and I was happy to get everything taken care of so quickly and professionally. That is worth a lot.

The two springs on my garage door broke on a very cold blustery winter Friday evening. I called Precision Door Service and they had an availability for Saturday morning. The service technician was on time, called and texted me before arriving to confirm my appointment. The tech gave me a few options for repair. Honestly, who wants to pay for a broken garage door?! A working garage door is a necessary part of home ownership. The price was reasonable to replace two springs. More importantly, the tech did a remarkable and quality job. I am very happy with my service and would definitely recommend this company!
