I’m a first time customer. Like someone else had said, their online booking process is easy. I had to call customer service with a question and they were easy to understand, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Shaun came out first day to assess what I needed. He was knowledgeable about their products and what would be best for me. No pushy sales pitch. Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and courteous! Everything including the door was replaced in my case. Mitch and Justin were fast and efficient, and everything was done in no time! Warranty is worth it. Price is average to slightly below. Highly recommend!

Chuck did a fantastic job fixing my 10 year old garage door. I tried to maintain it myself over the years but I could tell it needed an extreme makeover. Chuck listened to my concerns. Then operated the door and told me exactly what the problem was and things weren't going to end well soon. I told him to take care of me and make it work like new without having to replace the actual door. It's unbelievable how quiet and great my door works! It works better now than when it was new after building the house! Worth every dollar recommended to fix it! Great job, technician, and company!

James, the service technician, was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting what I needed to get my door working again. He even shared in detail the repair process, and tips on what I could do to get the most life out of my garage door parts. Charge you 5 times more than you can find private guys. They do not explain simple things. Replaced one spring for $ 750 no guarantee. Two springs $1200. They don’t tell that if you replace one it won’t last long. Mine got broken in 3 month. Always replace 2 sides. If you need a good cheap guy I have one. Paid $350 for both springs.

Fixed garage and service was good. But beware, they will severely gouge you on the price. Even using their ridiculously marked up parts cost, they charge $600/hr. Realistically it’s closer to $800-$1000/hr.
