Was very pleased with service performed. On a Saturday morning 1 of my door spring had broke leaving me in a little of a bind. I had called other service providers but could not make it out till the next day. Precision came out that day and completed the repair. John was on time and very efficient in performing the work.

I had Precision service a previous issue 3 years ago, was very pleased with the service and technician, so was my first choice with recent garage door issue. Rudy and another tech were very prompt, courteous, took time to explain the problem and options, costs. They serviced the issue, and spent time making sure I had a handle on the changes.
