Donate a kidney! Get a garage door fixed! The technician who came out was so super nice (he really was!) and then quoted us a price that was 4 times the cost that another place did the actual work for. 4 TIMES THE COST. Brutal. Just a reminder to people out there, if there is something that costs more than 500 bucks, its always worth getting 2 or more quotes unless its a dire emergency.

Our spring broke on a Friday night and Precision had an opening on Saturday with no extra “rush” charge. Our technician, Shawn, did a great job. He was thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. He offered no-pressure suggestions that made a lot of sense and we followed through with. Even after noticing that our garage door was slightly uneven 2 days later, leaving a gap on one side, Precision sent Shawn back out that next morning, and once again we had a great experience with him.

Great experience! 6 a.m. my garage door spring 'sprang' and by 10:30 a.m. Brian Bergstrom's friendly face was at my door. He examined my entire set up and gave me a list of options to choose from. I chose to do it all so that I am 'set' for the next 15- 20 years. Brian was done in a little over an hour, and I am more than pleased-- with the price, the work, and the friendliness and professionalism of the technician! Will I recommend Precision? Top notch service! I had my garage springs break late one night and was able to schedule for someone to come look at them the next morning. I was happy that they completed a full inspection of the garage door and everything that goes with it. I ended up replacing the entire garage door and opener. They were able to install in the next morning after the inspection. They are very polite, fast, and professional. I will definitely recommend to anyone needing garage door services in the future!
