Patrick gave us many pricing options, we chose the best for us. I don't want to deal with the door in the years of wear and rust to come. Came at 5:30pm day of, and got us set up we everything we needed to ensure our 350 pound door was secure, safe, and operating quieter than the dishwasher! Our garage door repair with Shawn was excellent. He made adjustments in the travel setting for a persistent but intermittent issue with the door reversing after closing. He checked all other possible issues and assessed the condition of our 20 year old garage door and LiftMaster motor in addition to lubricating all moving parts of the door. This was the first time it was repaired. We are aware of issues that may develop in the future, especially in the Motor circuit board as it ages. We will certainly call Precision for any further work. Thank you again for solving this frustrating problem.

The installation of my new LiftMaster garage door opener in my new home was the second time I've had Precision Garage Door service a garage door. The Sales and Service Tech, James Magaard is very knowledgeable about all things concerning garage doors. He installed my new opener, serviced and adjusted all of the components, and took the time to help me connect to the smart opener, program all remotes, including my vehicle opener buttons. He explained everything very well and made certain I was completely satisfied with everything. My garage door now opens smoothly and silently with all of the components operating as they should. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Twin Cities!! First time customer here and from the very first phone call I was very impressed! I had options for service same day next day and the following day. I was not expecting to have options on a weekend but I got them. Everything happened as I was informed it would. Adam notified us when he was on his way to our property and gave an ETA! Adam arrived a few minutes earlier than he estimated. He performed all services thoroughly and within the 2-hour time frame that was estimated. I was very satisfied with the assessment of our garage door systems, the detail of photos taken, and most importantly that there was no pressure to do any upgrades or suggested replacements. Adam did a great job to share the information about each component and likelihood of how long each would tend to last if not replaced. I am very happy with the speed of service, the quality of the replacement parts, and feel that we got our monies worth! Adam has perfect customer service skills, friendly, polite, and efficient. I was impressed at how quickly he collected all trash and how respectful he was to our cramped garage. Very respectful of property and time. It was a pleasure doing business with PGDTC!!
