We had a common problem: a broken spring. Our tech, Ryan, was terrific. He analyzed the situation, explained his recommendation, and efficiently made the repairs. He also noted a couple of other issues and fixed them for us. He then made a final check of the door, noted a unrelated problem, offered a solution, installed a fix, discovered another quirk, and took the time to fix that too. I was very impressed with his continuous checking of the operation and his sticking to his work until he was certain that all all issues were resolved. Very impressive.

Broken garage door spring discovered when we tried to leave home about 8 p.m. Searched internet for repair companies. Called and was told a technician was available between 10:00 and 12:00 the next day. Made the appointment and received a call about 10:30 from Troy who said he would be at my house within 10 minutes. Troy confirmed the broken spring and a few of the rollers were in need of replacement. He prepared an estimate of work he felt was appropriate and explained why. He showed me the cost of each item and the total cost of the job. He worked efficiently and was done within 1.5 hours. He gave me the opportunity to review the work and answered my questions. Recommend Troy highly.

The technician (Chris) was on time, knowledgeable, and got the work done quickly. It's DIY work that I've done in the past, but I just didn't have the time, this time around, because other things were falling apart, and it was sweet to call up and have this taken care of in no time, and a good price.

Precision was my third call. I had first called two other companies that I had used in the past. The wait was a week from both. I went on line and looked for another company. After checking reviews I called Precision and was able to get a tech out the next day. Jason was right on time, very personable and efficient. He replaced the broken spring and had the door working in 20 minutes. The price was less than I expected and I also received a Military discount. I will put Precision on top of my list for any future repairs.

Devon was exceptional in his handling of my very difficult garage door issue (insulated very heavy door) - he went the extra mile and helped me to try and fix the new Ryobi garage door opener. After he left the cable broke on the right side (Devon did tell me the rust issue but I did not let him replace the cable at this time. The company rescheduled Ryan to come out to fix it the same day and after looking it over Ryan actually had Tom come out. Everyone was very professional and friendly and I now have my fully functional garage door working. Thank you very much. The prices seemed high to me but they did not charge me labor for the second visit (Ryan and Tom).

Precision did a beautiful job replacing all the components of the door - rollers, cable, etc. they also installed the lift master opener and the new myQ features make it easy versus having all the remotes. Nice when your expecting company and you can open your door from anywhere. Would highly recommend. I can tell you Jason was excellent, professional, timely, worked and cleaned up after himself. Excellent work!

We called Sunday morning regarding a broken spring on my mom’s garage door. The woman who answered my call was knowledgeable professional and efficient. She scheduled a technician to arrive Monday (Memorial Day!) between 2-4. Ryan called 10” out arriving just before 2 and completed the work. He replaced both springs within an hour and was not only personable but extremely competent!! You have an excellent company.. thank you thank you!!
