Our neighbor recommended Josh. She had her garage door repaired a couple months ago and raved about him and your service. I left the hatch on my car up and closed the door on it. Not a good outcome. It was half up or half down…depending on your outlook. Called Precision, they responded the same day and Josh was the guy. So personable and knowledgeable. Fixed door in no time. I needed someone to come and close my overhead garage door which had gotten stuck open. They were in St Paul where I lived and could come in 1-3 hours. They quickly solved my initial problem and then did a checkup and made some adjustments for a more quiet opening and closing. Our garage door was down and could not be opened even manually. Precision techs Ryan (trainer) and Rashawn (trainee) determined it was a broken plastic spool attached to the cable pulley. Ryan stated this was and older homeowner installed type of system and they did not carry parts for it and were not authorized to work on it because of it's age. He explained how we could fix it and get it operational ourselves. They then disconnected the cable system to allow the door to be opened manually (so we could at least get our cars out). Being they could not repair it he Ryan said there would be No Charge! (even though there was supposed to be a $65 service/inspection fee). As they were about to leave, we decided to have them install the newer type of torsion/spring/cable lift system. They did so in about an hour and did a meticulous job of installation and instructions of use. There was absolutely NO attempt to "upsell" any service (in fact we had to ask as they were about to drive off). We will definitley use Precision Garage Door in the future and they would be our first recommendation to anyone. Ryan and Rashawn did a great job of representing their company.

Top Shelf Service and Repair! Our technician, Devon Nelson, was Fantastic. Exceeding our expectations. He was punctual, kind, and very knowledgable. One evening we came home at 10:30pm, parked in our garage and shut the garage door. We heard a big sound! The garage door shut half way and stopped. One side of the door was 1 ft higher than the other side! A cable broke on one side rendering the garage door useless to operate up or down, even manually. We called Precision Garage Door's 24-hour Phone number at 11pm on a weeknight. We found their info on a Google search from our smartphone. We scheduled a technician to be at our home within 48 hours. On the day of our appointment, we received a professional email from Precision Garage Door with a photo of Devon and a short bio. It was a nice touch of communication from the company. We also received an email that he was on his way. He also called to let us know he was 30minutes from our home. Devon spent about 15-20 minutes doing a thorough inspection and let us know what it would take to fix the cable and adjust the door to operate well. He provided a reasonable investment to do that work. We asked about a new garage door opener and track system. He provided us an additional estimate to replace all parts of the door opening system. We agreed that was a great route to take as the system we had was over 20 years old. Devon had all of the equipment and parts with him as well as a whole new system we wanted. It was great that we didnt have to make another appointment. We didnt even schedule the whole replacement when we called. He did a full replacement of everything but the actual garage door in about 2-3 hours. It was the hottest day we've had Summer 2021. About 100 degrees! Even with that said, Devon was a hard worker with a great attitude. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time, he explained everything very well, showed us what he did and how to use the new features and cleaned up like he was never there. His professionalism was more than expected. We would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone we know and especially Devon as the tech to ask for. Thank you for the perfect experience! We truly appreciate it.

Precision installed a beautiful new garage door for us. Chris was very informative and knowledgeable as he explained the advantage of purchasing from Precision. We only had to wait a couple of days to get our new door installed. That kind of lead time is unheard of these days! Our installers, Jake and Donovan, worked quickly and professionally as they removed the old door and installed the new one. The lady I talked to when I called to make an appointment was very helpful and kind. I was given a two-hour window of when the service tech would arrive. He called 30 min before he arrived, at the beginning of that window. I also was sent an email with the tech's name and picture on it so I could be assured who was knocking on my door. We made the appointment on a Wednesday afternoon and the tech arrived the next morning. The technician, Alex looked at my garage door to determine the repaires needed and gave me an estimate. It didn't take him long to complete repairs of replacing the sensors and cables. Then he lubed, adjusted, and tested the functioning of the door. I am vary pleased with the whole process. Friendly, punctual, and thorough service!
