I called Sunday morning and made a appointment for the next day at 8am. Eli Traaseth was our service tech. he was very friendly, professional, and came on time. Finish less than one hour and left my garage the same as how it was. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

My technician was named Eli Traaseth. He was very polite and patient. He took his time explaining every issue to me. Not only that, once he realized I could understand the technical aspect of the repairs he showcased his complete mastery of his craft. He worked quickly and respectfully. As well as cleanly. I can not think of anything he could have done better.

I Called saturday to say my springs broke on my garage door they said someone could out sunday morning I was surprised they worked on sunday. Eli came out at 8:20 in the morning. He explained everything that I would need to fix the problem. He was so personal. (Like he didn't mind being there on a sunday morning) I have had other people out before with issues they just treated me like a number. But My mom told me about Precision door service she said call them they are really good She had the same thing happen last winter. Eli was a hard worker and he really knew what he was doing you have a good employee there Treat him well :) thanks lea

Travis was an excellent professional! Explained everything, tried to solve our problem economically, had to replace and install new garage door opener ——we had requested repair and reset and he tried every avenue to repair while explaining along the way why and how the old opener required replacement. Very efficient, no waste of time, knew installation process very well. Careful, pleasant, picked up everything when finished.

Precision Door has friendly, rapid customer service and timely communication methods (phone, email, text). My garage doors, 10+ years old, were off their tracks and generally not closing well. I thought I would have to get new doors! I call PD, get an appointment right away, Jason arrives, calls before he comes over, diagnoses the problem quickly with a detailed explanation and great interpersonal skills and positive attitude, fixes the issue in about and hour, tells me what he did and recommends future improvements, great price, pay on the spot with credit card. BAM! Game over. This company rocks, I highly recommend Precision Door!!!
