I don’t think this is the cheapest or most expensive company in town, but the quality of the parts and workmanship was great. I especially appreciated the time Adam, the technician, spent with me explaining how to properly maintain the door. He further explained the suggestion repairs so I could make an educated purchase. I would not hesitate hiring Precision. If you are going to repair your garage door, you should do it right the first time with quality parts.

I was able to have a repairman come the same day I called. He did a very thorough inspection of the door and its various parts and gave me three options for repair /replacement. I opted for the best replacement opener and also took advantage of their "quiet door" special. The old door works like new - quiet. quick, better lighting and comes with two remotes, the interior control panel and an external keypad! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any necessary repairs or replacements.

Holy overpriced, Batman! We got quoted for $600 to repair a single torsion coil spring. We went with another company who got it done for $290. Another reviewer complained that they charge $85 for a truck roll just to get a quote, and we had the same experience. I'm sure they do a fine job, but they should be more transparent and up-front about their pricing.
