Showed up on time, very friendly, gave clear and concise answers before and after the work was quoted/completed, did a thorough inspection of all components and included actual photos of the parts to provide justification for the suggested or required repairs, completed the work in about 1 hour without needing to schedule a future appointment or go somewhere to get parts/supplies, provided explanation of the work completed after the fact to prove what had been done, offered an unbeatable warranty. Would recommend to anyone who needs work done for their garage door. I will use them again if the need arises. Extremely satisfied!

Precision Garage folks are life savers. Our tech Chuck stepped up to a difficult task of helping us fix our opener after a different company had claimed our garage issues were due to a faulty spring without conducting a complete inspection. $800 later on springs, rollers and cables: our garage was still not closing properly. It was clear we needed to get someone else to help us. Chuck came in, assessed the situation so accurately and created a thorough report giving my fiancé and I options. Not even an hour later, we had a new garage opener with a lifetime warranty and it closed better than previously! He even replaced the rollers that were rusted (we were told these were new…) and fixed our spring (which turned out to not be the correct size so it needed adjustments). He did these adjustments for free. Go with Precision. You will not regret it.

Bryce arrived on time. He is great at communicating issues and solutions. Had some issues with door seals on a 20 yr old door. Did some adjusting, installed new bottom seal and ordered the remaining parts for the installers to put in. Very personable and we had a great time talking about lots of different things. Clean, organized, knowledgeable and prompt. Nothing more needs to be said. Thanks Bryce.

Broke cable on one side of garage door, skewed and wedged in its track. 24hrs after calling on a Sunday, service tech Brandon arrived and got right to work on this ugly situation and 2.5 hours later, back to working order! No high pressure, no up- selling,, just a great, affordable service call, under $300 ! Brandon deserves a raise!
