I am so pleased with what I chose to have done after consulting with your Precision Technician Adam Mitchell. He was so courteous and professional and explained everything so well. He replaced numerous parts and cables, did a lube & tune up, and reinforced some areas and also installed a new Garage Door Opener. It is like having a whole new door! Adam arrived swiftly on a same-day call to repair our broken spring. He quickly assessed the entire system and provided a report with his recommendations. Adam thoroughly explained the process and answered all of my questions along the way. The work was completed quickly, and I was given a tour of the service as well as advice on future maintenance. While the price seemed on the higher end, the same day service paired with the quality of the technician seems hard to beat.

I managed to knock something loose on one of the rails of our garage door. Precision's tech came the next day, early after confirming that was OK, had it diagnosed and fixed in half an hour. Not cheap, but the peace of mind is so welcome. He did offer an up-sell of some brackets and wheels but that was easy to decline. No need at this time.
We are happy we could be of service at your time of need. Being there when you need us with most parts available at the time of each appointment is a quality most appreciate. I thank you for sharing your experience with us and others.
