Our garage door broke suddenly on a Thursday and Precision Door was able to come the following afternoon to fix it. Ruddy did an amazing job. He was friendly and professional. He arrived promptly, and quickly assessed and explained our door situation. I appreciated that he gave me several repair and price options. Within an hour the job was done. The installer was okay. The problem I have is the strategy around trying to sell me things I don’t need when I called to get my garage door fixed. Do not try contacting me with an apology because that doesn’t change the strategy. I get that you have to make money, but using scare tactics to try to get me to replace working parts is incredibly disappointing.

Precision was here within 2 hours after my initial call...that was REALLY amazing! The technition, Jason, was very polite and explained our situation in detail so that we could understand. I had an appointment scheduled right away and a few hours later Devon was at the door. Devon was great. He inspected everything and went over what was needed and explained (and showed) why.
