I was able to get the technician to come out quickly. He was courteous and frank. Unfortunately, I neglected to state the brand of my current opener and also was not asked in advance. Turns out they do not service Liftmaster/Chamberlain, so he couldn't do necessary repairs. An oversight that cost me about $60. I learned of the replacement cost from him, over $500. I can't comment on the work they could do, but say this merely to say: remember to tell them the brand of your current product.

Expert was able to come out within 24 hours, on a Saturday and took a look at our old doors. They were able to get the new product swiftly and installed efficiently. Sorry, nothing was wrong with the door, what ever I heard yesterday of course was not there today, so Rudy oiled all the wheels checked everything over to make sure nothing was missed, replaced a light bulb which was burned out. The experience was pleasant, learned a little bit more about the openers the connection between the installed one in the garage and inside the house, and the portable once from the cars which I thought needed new batteries and probably did not. Everything is working fine. I will give it a 5 Ursula

First of all, this is the first company which sent out the tech's photo before the appt to ensure the safety of the home owner. Pretty great. The service provided by the tech Devon was superb. He was polite, courteous, respectable. He took off his shoes when walking through the house to access the garage. He was not pushing on selling more service than I needed. Also, their price is very competitive because I spent a lot more to a different company for the same service 2 years ago. Highly recommend this company to anyone!

One of our garage door lift springs broke on a Sunday afternoon. Your service person Devon came to the house that evening, replaced both springs, adjusted & lubricated the door. Problem solved. No one likes to deal with garage issues. But if you do, I would highly recommend Precision Door Service! My garage door opener recently died. I called Precision and they offered to send someone out the same day. From the initial contact to the end of the service, everyone was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Rudy (technician) explained all my options for a new garage door opener as well as the prices (fair) and the ins & outs of each. What I liked best is that it was just an honest explanation (as opposed to the typical salesman push to buy the most expensive as you often get with the plumber, furnace, etc.). The installation was done well and quickly. Altogether the quality of service was exemplary!

Tom Hartmon was such a professional! He took one look at my garage door and knew what the problem was. He had all of the parts in his truck and in a short time, my garage door opened like a charm. He even was able to make it quieter when opening and closing! He gave me a lot of valuable information on regular maintenance of the door to prevent future problems. Jason was great! I called in the morning and he was out later that same day. He walked me through three different service options and did not pressure me at all when I picked the cheapest of the three options. He was very helpful and great about explaining the situation so I truly understood my options and how he was fixing the problem.
