My garage door won't stay closed and it has a horrible scratchy noise at the end of the closure. I called Precision Door Service and within an hour a technician was here. Unbelievable service! Jason listened to me explain the issue and immediately went to work to solve the problem. He was courteous and professional. He gave me some tips for the future as the motor is quite old. I will always call Precision. They keep a record of all the work they have done. I couldn't be more satisfied with their workmanship and, especially, their customer service.

Precision Door Service was the only garage door repair company in the Twin City metro area that was open for service calls on Memorial Day weekend 2020. I called Sunday morning with a repair request and had a technician to my home by 5:00 pm that day. Eli Traaseth was the technician and he did a thorough and high quality job. We needed our garage door springs repaired/removed. He also installed new door rollers and vertical tracks, as our existing door was in need of service. I was very happy with the service that Eli and Precision Door Service provided. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

I failed to do my homework, so I deserved to pay at least twice for the repair that was done. I was charged $480 (includes a $25 discount for seniors) to replace the tracks on my garage door. I thought at the time, it was high but was under a bit of a time constraint. Afterwards, I researched and discovered the same replacement averages about $200 to $250. The repairman was here for all of an hour, spent about 35 actual minutes on the replacement of the track on both sides of the door. So, shame on me for failure to do the proper research I usually do before getting a project done and shame on me for not getting more than 1 quote.

First time in a long time that I've been so happy and pleased with a representative. He was on time and provided the same quote I was provided prior to his visit. He also installed light bulbs in my garage door opener and in my garage without an additional charge. Professionalism at it's best!

I Google garage door repairs. Precision was the closest to my house. Called and the girl that answered was so kind. When I asked if I could still get repairs yet still this evening, she said oh yes. I'll get the needed information, and checked availability time for service. Within minutes she had a time frame for repairs. 4pm to 6pm. He called let me know he was 15- 20min away. I would definitely recommend Precision garage door service.

Eli was both courteous and professional. Communicated on time arrival and performed service and repair in a very timely manner. When completed offered to stay longer than needed to in order to fully explain repairs and operation of new garage door opener. Highly recommended.

Eli was great! Courteous, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, prompt. Fixed what was wrong, left alone what was working. Made some suggestions but wasn’t pushy about extra products or services, and the garage door that broke yesterday now works like a dream. Most important: As a single female homeowner, I get a lot of condescension from service and repair people. But Eli talked to ME, not my boyfriend (who was there too), and was informative without calling my intelligence into question. I will be using Precision for all my garage door needs from now on, and will be recommending it to friends.

Having our cars parked behind a broken garage door was not the way to start my day... but Precision had the issue resolved within a few short hours. Devon answered my questions, pointed out things I hadn’t noticed, was efficient and courteous! Best of all, I have a working garage door running smoother than it has in years. Thank you!

I had no prior experience with Precision Garage Door when I called them. After making the appointment, the technician came over the exact time as promised and gave me an estimate. It was a fair price and agreed to have the work done. The installers came to the house and replaced the garage door. They were very friendly to talk with while they got the work done. The door looks amazing and feel so thankful that I was given this opportunity to work with such a good company. Thanks, Lori Anderson

I had a very positive experience with Precision. I called Sunday and had a new garage door opener installed by Monday afternoon. Eli T. was superb! He explained all my options without applying any pressure to what I should decide. He was friendly, knowledgable and professional. The entire experience, including following Covid precautions, exceeded my expectations and I'm loving my new opener!

Hi Kristi Jason Schuster fixed our broken spring and installed a garage door opener yesterday. You have an excellent employee in Jason. Knowledgeable, went over what was in the red and green on my garage door and opener, explained the billing and cost of service. After completion of the installation of products Jason went over the instructions of the door opener and showed how to use them. Thanks again for a wonderful service experience with your company. He was here in 2018 and put on new wheels and I was delighted when he was the installer for this project as well.

Amazing service! Our garage door was knocked off its track and stuck and Precision was able to send a technician to assess -- and fix! -- the door within two hours of my call. Our technician was prompt, friendly and did a fantastic job explaining the service and what needed to be done. I couldn't recommend Precision more. We will definitely return for future garage repair/replacement needs.

When I called to request a consultation the persons who took care of me was professional, pleasent and helpful. Can't recall her name by she is five star. Erik Jergenson came by later today and felt he was also professional and came to a good conclusion to replace my current door not repairing it.
