I gave this review a four star, the fault of this entire experience was paying 50% more of the retailed price for a new garage remote. Other than that my issue did not need any repair just a new remote. Overall, I am pleased with their service however would advise with a word of cation to do some research on pricing.

Excellent service! My request for a technitian to service my door was answered promptly. I appreciated receiving an email with the technitian's picture telling me that he was on his way. Jason arrived as scheduled and determined the issue very quickly. He was courteous and helpful when explaining my options. My new motor was installed within the hour. I will definitely call Precision Door if I have any other issues.

Jon Z was out service Technician we called to have a garage door opener fixed. Jon took time to diagnose the problem and informed us that unfortunately it is not repairable. Tom originally fixed a broken spring two winters ago and now they installed a new opener that was done very thoroughly and impressively by Alex. I had a GREAT experience with this company and with Devon, my technician. My garage door broke last night, I reserved an appointment time online at 11pm for the next morning (so easy), they came on the earlier side of the promised appointment window and had everything fixed within an hour. They confirmed my appt via email and also gave me a call prior to arrival when they were about 15 minutes out, were super clear about what was wrong with my door and what was needed to fix it and why, and answered all my questions in a friendly and respectful way. Great customer service all around - thanks!!

Overall, this was a very positive experience. My old garage door opener decided to stop functioning on a Saturday night...just would not lift the door. I called several places, and did not hire any of them, due to big trip charges, huge hourly labor rates, and disinterested customer service people. When I hit your company, your answering service was obviously connected to you. Operator Kim could describe how your company functioned, its philosophy, how fees worked, etc. She was also warm, caring, and supportive. She assigned my case to Technician Alex. Alex arrived on time this morning (actually 10 minutes early), and was very personable, kind, and patient. I agreed to replace the opener, rather than repair the old one, but felt he gave me the time to make that decision on my own. There was no pressure at all. He was knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions about the new equipment and about the invoice. He was also efficient, and installed the new opener and the additional equipment in record time. And, it's all working very nicely right now. Initially, I was attracted to your ad that indicated you worked on weekends for no additional fees. I was calling late on Saturday, so all of your Sunday slots were filled. I decided Monday AM was good enough, since everything else seemed so "right." Would not hesitate to call you again, and plan to recommend you to others.

I was in desperate need of a new garage door but wasn't ready to buy. I was going to just have them do a temporary fix to get me by for a couple months. When the Service Tech (Ryan) came to my house he was very friendly and professional. He was honest and very up front about his thoughts. He wanted to make sure that I received quality work, part of that was him telling me that my 30 year old garage door was beyond repair and that he could not in good ethics feel good about even trying to repair it when it was in need of replacing. He spoke to his boss to see what he could do to make sure I was taken care of the right way. I have an odd size door and because that they do not stock my door in their normal stock. He really spent the time to make sure that I was taken care of and felt good about the service and products I am receiving. I would defiantly recommend this company to others and especially my service tech Ryan. Thank you Ryan for taking good care of my garage door needs.
