Timely, thorough, and communicative. The tech who worked with us, Jason, was clearly very knowledgeable and was able to quickly identify the problem areas we couldn't see on our own. His repairs were completed efficiently and have held up well. The cost of service both times we've worked with Precision Garage Door has also been lower than we thought, and any additionally recommended repairs Jason suggested were accurately predicted since we did end up running into those issues after a while and going back to Precision Garage Door for that follow-up work. One of our garage doors would intermittently work, so I called around noon and the technician was there around 230 same day. Jason was our technician and was very knowledgeable. It turned out our old motor (probably original in our ‘96 house) needed a new capacitor. He had the part on hand, fixed it, and explained proper garage door maintenance, things to look for in the future with aging, etc. Overall, we had a good experience. I’ve never needed a garage door technician before so I don’t know how the prices compare.

Called around noon to schedule a repair expecting a couple days wait. Was told “we can have someone there between 2 and 4 TODAY. Ryan texted at 2:30 and showed up at about 3:15. He looked at the job, gave me a quick assessment and got to work. Fixed issue, advised me on the opener and suggested I wait based on current cost and our conversation. Thank you. Had a great conversation after the job was done, quickly and completely. Great experience.

Troy figured out the problem right away. The socket didn't work. He connected an extension cord to the opener and the door worked. He also alined the electric eye do that it would word consistently. He sprayed the rollers so they would run smoother.

It went well. My problem required no parts to fix just labor and knowledge. The young man was personable and with some advice over the phone he was able to re-program the unit and it started to work as it should. I did not know these units could be so touchy in terms of keeping everything oiled etc. When people ask about garage doors I say talk to Precision because they don't just install, they back up their work when needed. Came home last night to a garage door that wouldn't open and being new to the area had no idea who to call. Did a quick search on Google and found Precision, read a few reviews and decided to call in the morning. They were out within two hours of me calling. I received a text with a photo of Joshua, my technician, immediately and Joshua called a few minutes before arriving. Quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote and completed the repairs. Great service, fair pricing and Joshua was great. I made sure that a new sticker went on the garage door interior so I have their number for next time. Won't be calling anywhere else!
