Great experience with Precision Door Service. I called in the morning and their Field Technician, Jason Schuster, was able to come later that morning. Prompt; diagnosed the problem and corrected it. It required a correction of alignment of the sensors and a new key pad. Only half an hour of time required for the technician.

Courteous and prompt service. I knew I had to get someone out here right away to get the job done and twin cities garage door was not the party to resolve the problem. After replacing the track and the spring our garage door works wonderfully without any issue. Same day repair without any hiccups afterword. I would strongly recommend this company if you are looking to have a job done correctly and promptly.

Service was great. I requested quote and was given prompt call back by Tom. He was knowledgeable and walked we through options and provide cost of complete service. When technician Devon arrived he too was knowledgeable and provide recommendation on best installation option. Devon did great job installing 2 units and replacing rollers in one door. The work was done in clean and efficient manner with high quality. Devon provided thorough review of systems. The doors operation is now significantly quieter and smoother.
