The Precision Garage Door guys arrived on time and fixed my door (replaced the springs) in short order. They also did an overall inspection and reported that my door was in good shape so no additional pieces were needed. I got a 3-year warranty. By all measures, a good experience.

I had Precision Door repair my garage door after the spring broke. The tech notified me when he was on his way and arrived as scheduled. The tech was courteous and professional and gave me a quote before beginning the work. The work was done in a timely fashion and is warrantied for 3 years. The service tech (Mike) came today and he was the best! He explained everything and answered all my questions honestly. He was courteous and professional. He didn't pressure me into buying anything and seemed sincere in taking care of what was needed today. They were quick to come out and even came earlier than scheduled. When I started having issues with the door, my son-in-law recommended Precision Door Service because he had a positive experience. If I have any problems in the future, I will definitely call Precision Door.

The entire process, from the fact that I could contact the company in a live online chat (and schedule service right then), to when the job was finished, was seamless The tech, Jonathan, called to confirm prior to his arrival to let me know exactly when he'd get there. The Representatives from Precision Garage Door contacted me with a few hours to review my situation, Broken Spring, after a few calls a time was locked in and I was presented with a great discount. The on-site Representative call ahead and once on site reviewed my situation and presented me with some options, once agreed the job was completed within 45 minutes. The service Technician Mike was extremely competent, professional and friendly. My garage door has had a gap in it for years and another company tried but couldn't fix it. Precision came out within 2 hours of my call, closed the gap and did some proactive maintenance. The door works great now. I would highly recommend them.

First time I had service with Precision. Phone chat prior to appointment clarified the service I needed. The appointment was same day, and within the window quoted. Here's my experience with Precision Garage Door Twin Cities: I called them in the afternoon because one of my door cables broke and threw my whole garage door kitty wompus and stuck. They were able to come out that same day but I decided for the next day. Josh, my super friendly and knowledgeable service technician arrived right on schedule, assessed the problem, gave me a quote then fixed it. Josh went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. My garage door spring was broken when I woke up, I called at 7:45, by 9 am Jonathan was here ready to fix my door. He did a good thorough inspection of my garage door, presented a fair quote and did the work, he was done by 9:45. Jonathan seemed very knowledgeable about garage doors and was very easy to understand and work with. Would recommend to others!
