Called for repair and was given 2 hour window for appointment. The tech, Jason, called within 15 minutes and said he was 20 minutes away. He arrived promptly and accessed the repair - quoted me 3 options. Jason was very professional and repaired my garage door in no time at all! Works great so far. I would recommend Precision to anyone when you're in a bind!

I give them 5 stars! The service was excellent. The technician was polite and courteous. They came on time and called me 20 minutes before they came. He diagnosed the problem and gave me 3 options to choose for correction. There was no high pressure to get a new garage door. I am highly satisfied!!

Jason was the absolute best technician! He was on time, explained everything thoroughly so we understood, did the work fast and explained everything the whole way through and he was super polite which is so rare in customer service these days. Garage door broken. I went through Home Adviser and got the name of your company. I was contacted the next day and the work scheduled for yesterday, 3/17, between 4 and 6 p.m. Jason called me about 3:30 and said that he could be at my home within 40 minutes. He was already there when I met him there at a little after 4. He gave me an estimate of 3 different services and I chose the "best" one. He completed the job within about an hour. Jason called me again today to ask if he could come over and just check over his work, as well as helping me set the code for the outside control. He was here when he said he would be and did his inspection within a few minutes. Jason was very professional and courteous, prompt and thorough. Great service.
